The store in Stevenson, Alabama needs a major overhaul! The deep fat fryers NEED TO BE CLEANED, you can smell the old grease upon entering the business and taste it too, Some people have been customers for years and are leaving Jacks and going to McDonald's Burger King! Why not clean the place up and keep your customers?
This is a sad situation that could be fixed easily. Clean that nasty place up!
I don't have any pictures of the deep fat fryers or the food.

But the workers, do not care. Love the food but you will have to put up with employees not giving correct orders, especially through the drive-thru, being really short with you and bad attitudes. Maybe one day they will have a better chance at training.

I have been going to your store #265 Calera, Alabama. It used to a great eating establishment.

But not anymore. Customer service professional is gone!

I went there today to order inside the establishment.

Girl working the front counter did not acknowledge me. Just stood there not saying anything.

I ordered a Big Bacon sandwich and fries.

When I got home I had received the wrong sandwich!

Not the first time for this.

No wonder there was no customer there!

I will no longer go to this facility!

Jack's at Noccalula Falls Gadsden Al need to close its doors permanently. They rarely get a order right. The food is always cold and they ALWAYS ask you to pull up and wait for the smallest order. If they spent more time actually working and less time talking including (MANAGER) they maybe worth it. They can never keep employees for what ever reasons go figure. Everyone complains but nothing never changes.

This location ran horribly by the black lady with dreads in her head… timer not on while chicken cooking staff backed up and she wasn't in site… waited 30mins and no one came to acknowledge me for the order I paid for in drive thru… they forgot about me! This happened 10/2/22 at 6:24pm

The lady taking the order was rude in the drive thru acted like she hated being there. Ordered 2 meals food was horrible and cold, very little fries and fries had no flavor worse experience ever dont reccomend Jack's in Bremen Ga

We stop at this Jacks in Lucerne Al going to Destin and coming home from Destin 8-10 times per year. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Big Jack hamburger and the grilled Chicken sandwich are our favorites! There is a young man there Zeryan that always goes the extra mile! Love his big smile. On 03/03/2024 my wife and I spent 10 minutes in line at their new location in Smiths Station Alabama at which time th manager informed us and several others that she could not take any more orders to short staffing. Today 03/05/2024 we gave them one more try, this time at the drive through. Got to the window and I asked for a receipt and was told they had no receipt paper. I then asked why the order was over 1 dollar more than advertised and I was told (after a back and forth) that they were out of regular sized cups which meant I was overcharged with no advanced notice. Staff was unprofessional and manager was condescending. Can't provide proof of purchase because they could not give me a receipt!

This place should re-evaluate their customer service because the cashier was friendly and helpful but the lady running for drive thru was talking about it wasn't her fault that the customers were stupid enough to wait for their service in drive thru. The lady in front of me inside was owed change because they didn't have any she had waited 30 min for the African American lady who was a manager with hair braids yelled for everyone to hear that she didn't have time for that. I want my money back and the employees should be terminated due to their lack of care for me and other paying customers.

The order wasn't ready and wasn't correct.Service was just bad person behind counter ask someone to help her and didn't get help.Food also cold.

The Henderson TN location needs to focus on getting the dinning in customers food order to them as fast as the drive thru. We waited 15 minutes for our dinning in order AFTER paid, while they were making record timing on the drive thru and didn't want to mess the timing up. They said they were on a roll this morning. THE NEW YOUNG ASSIST/ mgr was there and he was focused on the drive thru. He doesn't know how to run a restaurant. He has had time to make it or get out of managing.

Some one of the managers should help new hires understand to complete order from oldest to newest Jack's store 345 had a new girl trying to fill 4 or 5 order and not completing any in a timely manner

I have eaten at Jack's for over 15 years and by FAR this is the worst location I have eaten at! Employees are rude and the food is always OVER cooked or cold! WTF this location JACKS #335 SUCKS $#*!!... and they have only been open a month

Got to Jacks At 10:00 sat in line for 58 minutes. When I finally got up there I told the lady to tell the manager I had sat there for 58 minutes and I will not be back. This is not the first time I have had to wait but this is the longest.

By the time I finish this review it's 5:16 still not open this is not the first time. We need another restaurant to open at this cit

I am a previous employee of Jacks and l would not recommend working or even eating there.The service is horrible and most of the time the food is kept past its leveled time and is old.Some-of the workers l feel sorry for because they go above and beyond to make sure customers are serviced correctly for the small salary they recieve.Management is piss poor sorry for the language but its sad how that business is ran.I have seen alot of managers be there one time and the next time they dont even work there and some of the employees are loud and rude.Me personally think the place should be shut down.Favortism is also a big part at Jacks and it sad how bad they talk about each other there.

Rude,avoids her responsibility. Throws it on the others back.i feel for her. I have 42;yrs restaurant experience. From management,to cook I now that she is very unprofessional. I on boarded and was supposed b the message I got back ths was like aThusday my start date said Nov 4. Pay rate 11.50 per hr. There was no time to be there. So I was given the runaround till Sat evening. All text messages. Never knew who it was. Ask Teresa you want to come in Monday at 7. Messaged back yesterday yes ma"am be there at 7. It's cotton harvest time here and I took a back road from Cedarbluff. So I would be on time.Low an behold round the first curve was a cotton hauler. Took 15 min to get out t the bypass. At that time my clock said 7:04. I started to go back home. Because I was late. But I really needed the job. So I chanced it. The hostess was the first to greett me.iitotall understand about being late. The restaurants I managed had 3 shifts open24 hrs. So I waited on a reply from her. This is the third time I have had an interview. But will h start date this time. She finally poked her headou where the plates go out.out. Tell her min now customers everywhere. Rudely says tell her she was ten min late. Go back home and don't call here again! I think she thought I wanted her job. I messaged later. Sad oh. I see. I'm overqualified for the position. Don't worry I don't want your job. But I've forgot more about restaurants then she will ever know. I worked for Mr Lanny Starr from Centre. For 18 years. The last few years he was open. I was his breakfast cook. Took her business then and still could now. That group of regular Men that come everydaym was customers that cooked brfast for for years. So my conclusion is she discriminated against me. Cause I could do her job better and with a smile. I can do anything in that store with professionalizm and repeat for you company and employees.

Food was awesome, I picked up a DoorDash but attitude was pathetic. Crestwood LOCATION. They WASNT using team leadership nor treating eachother as coworkers properly. I THINK A NEW TEAM LEAD CREW IS NEEDED or a serious meeting with the females. The Males were just as humbled and nice that was taking the order. The doordash was Morgan G. Nobody was helping the male with a team lead shirt on front line but was rushing him. The African American lady with a top bun tall with a grey team lead shirt on was using irritable profanity in front of elderly people also. Morning shift needs to be improved. THE MEN WERE AWESOME AND FOOD WAS CUSTOMER SURVICE WASNT.
