I ordered the C7 painted door handles in Laguna Blue to match my Vette. They arrived in great condition and improve overall appearance of the car. It amazed me how adding one small custom piece can make such a huge improvement! Great Buy!
Ordered parts for a 69 El Camino rebuild. The parts were wrong I did everything they said and sent them back FedEx and now they are telling me I'm getting a store credit. I do not want a store credit I will never do business with this company again I advise everyone else to stay away from them
I have been waiting for a roof top for my 1985 corvette for 3 weeks now. I called customer service and was told it will take 9 weeks. This info was not included during my purchase. Why? You wasted my time and $$ i could have used on another company who delivers more promptly. Lastly. I was told my refund will be available in 30 days. Are you kidding me!
So disappointed and so dissatisfied! Never again!

I ordered one part on Sept 5th. It said avaliable, has been processing 19 days? I have emailed 8 or 9 times got a; we will reply to you within 5 days. No reply. Have called 5 times set on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. No answer what so ever. Is there customer service, parts specialists, or anything? I will fill out a better business bureau and maybe I can get a reply through them. This is beyond sad in the past I have had a great experience with them but not this time.

I ordered a headlight switch knob in August, the next day I cancelled the order, Ecklers said it was in shipping and they would try. I received the part the end of October. They didn't tell me it was backordered, they stated it was in shipping. I sent an e-mail to return it and learned there is a 25% restocking fee, it has been a week and no response. I will sell it on e-bay. I didn't realize they had such poor reviews. I will shop at Top Flight now who has 5 star reviews.

On 1/23/2022 I purchased sound deadening materials for my 2016 Corvette, $305.65 total and the invoice stated it would ship in 7 - 10 business days. I still have not received it, can't get anything but automated replies from customer service, they don't answer the phone but if you get lucky and get someone all you get is the run around and excuse after excuse. I just want my money refunded but getting no where.
In my opinion if you do business with these people you are asking for trouble, may even lose your money. I'm damn sure not happy and will never purchase anything from them in the future.
I ordered a $700 gas tank for a 70-72 Camaro on March 31,2023. While installing it today (7/12/23), I noticed it does not fit. Upon looking at the package, there is one BIG sticker on there that states the item in which I purchased (1970-1973 Camaro Sniper Coated Steel EFI Gas Tank) There is also a smaller sticker (75-77 Camaro & 75-78 Firebird EFI Fuel Tank Kit). I was sent the wrong one. I talked with customer service who stated that the return policy is 30 days. Upon further viewing of the website, it states, "Eckler's standard return policy is 30 days from delivery. We do recognize that restoration projects take time though and that purchases aren't always used immediately, and so in some cases extended returns may be available for store credit." All I asked was for an exchanging of the CORRECT fuel tank. As with restoration projects, it takes months to years to complete. They failed to honor what I purchased in the first place.
Ordered a brand new top for my 85 corvette ($1000+), and it doesn't line up. The top was rushed to me because I wanted a refund due to taking so long. So what they did was quickly slap something together and sent it to me. Ecklers lied to me and told me they would take it back and never provided shipping info. Called back and said we will not refund you a thing. Still months later and nothing from either company Astro tops or ecklers. So I'll out $1000+ because of terrible service. STAY AWAY.

They don't stock anything - they piecemeal their orders out to other vendors who take no responsibilty for the accuracy of orders. I'm waiting a month now for seat covers that were supposed to be in stock, ready to ship. The carpet was supposed to be gray, it came in black. I ordered 7 different items, all 6, so far, that have been delivered came from 6 different vendors - just save time and order them yourself. Their customer service sucks, they don't want to give refunds. They just plain suck. Big time.
This company has repeatedly ignored any attempt to communicate through email. I had this issue when it took more than a year to resolve a wheel tire package. For some unknown reason they keep putting $225 to my credit card in authorization. No transaction is completed and they repeat this over and over. I understand what it is for... usually back ordered items. I have nothing on order or back order. I have asked but never a response. They suck.

We ordered tires after almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received the tires. I called to find out what's going on with the tires and they are now telling me I have to deal with manufacturing. This is bad service and the person helping me out had no answers to the questions I was asking. He kept saying he didn't understand what I was saying and wasn't helpful at all. Their website is not good or helpful in any way.
I bought a dash pad to rebuild my 84 Corvette. It's been garage kept, out of the Sun but the glue holding on the cover material failed. I called hecklers to find out what could be done. They told me there was never a warranty on dash pads. I would check out other sources before I bought anything from them again. I know I'll probably have to use an alias now if I ever need anything, but so be it. After-sales support is important for Car Guys.
Sent me damaged parts. I had to pay return shipping. Was told I would not be charged a restocking fee but they did will never do business with again very rude customer service

I am disgusted. I ordered $2500 in parts from them for a classic restoration im working on, its now December. They have no idea where my parts are or when they might be ready. Same story since august. I finally got fed up and am trying to get a refund which they tell me could take a month to process. Absolutely pathetic. Ill shop everywhere and anywhere except ecklers in the future. Hour long waits on the call in line, complete clustercluck up there... its a shame.

Billed my credit card for parts I canceled two weeks ago called and got such a attitude from the girl after waiting on hold now for 42 minutes, I was told that's just the way it is omg no I'm on hold again trying to get a supervisor. I ordered a specification plate for my 1988 Corvette off their website. They sent me the wrong one and when I emailed them I was told they would ship the right one out and not to worry about returning the incorrect one. After several days have gone by I again messaged as to if it was shipped just to be informed that it was out of stock and I should see it sometime late October or in November. It should not have been offered for sale to begin with if they didn't have it available. Bottom line is they have my money and I have the wrong specification plate and may never see the right one.

Now in week 6 and no ETA, not even an attempt at keeping me as a customer. If I knew where else to go for this item, I would. No wait on taking my $700 though.

Placed an order on the 26th- it was shipped the 27th. Checked on it via USPS tracking- and the package was floating around Atlanta- then for some unknown reason ended back at Eckler's in Florida! So I thought a phone call would be best to sort/ figure out what happened.
OK- the hold was long- but be real- you work on your car- paint the bedroom- read a book- and have the phone by your side no big deal. BTW - have you been to a restaurant lately- you have to wait there too- especially if the food is any good!
Kathleen A. Picked up the phone- I told her the issue- she said she'd investigate- extremely apologetic and said she get back to me by the end of the day. I received an email at the end of the day - she is still looking into it - will get back at it in the morning.
Next day I received a call around lunchtime- problem is solved - and it'll be on my doorstep in a few days thanks to Fedex. What more can you ask for?

Parts on order for weeks. Called several times. The only response was that the vendor could give no eta on when it would be shipped. They got paid! I have no parts! But I get daily emails about how I should buy parts from them. I would walk before I ever buy from this sham of a company!

I ordered some flush finishing washers for my door panels. After waiting for quite a while I did not hear from Ecklers. I called them, they said they do not have what I ordered. I told them it would be nice if they would have notified me about not having the parts. They said there is no procedure in place to do his. Ecklers... come on... give me a break. This shows how much they care for their customers and that they don't give a crap about how much time the customer lost waiting for them.
Thanks to ecklers, I drove 400 miles to put on the air intake for my 80 year old retired military father's Corvette to find the part was defective. Was on the phone for more than a hour. Ecklers does everything they can not to give back your money. Poor customer service. They insisted I send pictures of the item they neglected to quality control. Then never called back. I had to file a dispute with my credit company and go buy the part from someone else.Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from these crooks
