I am very disturbed! Ecyclebest uses horrible tricks on their clients. I sent in a laptop(less than a year old, no cracks on the screen or scratches, worked PERFECTLY). My estimate for cash back was over 290 dollars. I ended up receiving a check for 180 dollars. I expected that the check might be around 250, but 180? I could have simply kept the laptop to myself and not bothered with ecyclebest.com at all.

I sent them my Iphone 6 plus. Received an email that they had received my phone. No word ever since. That was over one week ago. When you call their phone number, it goes right to voicemail with no opportunity to leave a message. No response to email inquiries either. Do not use this company for any reason.

They stole my iPad! Stay away from this horrible company. I can't even get it back! Can we report them?!?! Where do I even start! I'm so angry!

The website promised me $90+ for my phone. I sent it to them in the packaging they sent me. I receive payment of $9! When I tried to contact them by phone and email (good luck getting a live person by phone), I was given the run around. If I reached a human by phone, when I explained my reason for calling, I was put back into an endless automated system. Dishonest. No integrity. Go elsewhere.

Okay! So I sent in two Lg G2 phones in very good condition. Ecyclebest gave me a quote for $203, but ended up giving me $32 dollars for each phone. Does that sound right to anyone in their right mind? $64 dollars from $203! I have no idea how to even contact them anymore! I tried calling them, but like everyone on this website said, it is almost impossible to get through the wait times! I waited for an hour on hold before I just lost patience and gave up.

I had a very good experience in selling out my obsolete laptop of HP to eCycle-Best. Initially, I checked an estimation of my HP pavilion laptop through their unique service of "Get an online quote" and then I sent my laptop through their free USPS shipping service and also applied for the same day payment method through PayPal and then within 2 days, I received the exact quoted amount of money in return in my PayPal account.

I got surprised and delighted with the great customer services they are providing. I have few more items and stuff at my home that is not in my use and I am planning and excited to sell them to eCyle-Best.

I also received a quote in excess of $100.00 for an iPhone 5 (AT&T) and subsequently received notice that I would be receiving a check for $7.00. I sent an email the next day rejecting the offer and indicated that I wanted my phone back. NO REPLY and today I received a check for $7.00 that I will not cash. I am however submitting a complaint to the Department of Consumer Affairs with copies to The California Attorney General and my local Better Business Bureau.

These are obviously crooks. I sent them a laptop which they initially valued at $65 and then they informed that it is worth $13 only, and when I questioned the valuation procedure and details, they sent me a phone number for follow-up that doesn't work, and after that terminated their email address. I never received even the $ 13 payment. They are simply crooks!

Recently, I sent in my Nokia device in an excellent "just out of the box" condition. All accessories were included. The eCycleBest website quoted me $303, but after they had my phone in their custody, they only provided $47. They are still quoting $303 for a trade value for this device. They didn't respond to any of my questions once I finally got hold of someone after 45 minutes waiting period. Never again will I deal with them!

I wish I found these reviews before I sent my 2 laptops to them. They gave me an estimate of 141.00 for each computer. They both powered up fine with no issues. Their so called inspection staff said they were worth 13. 00. 13. 00 for both, not each. This company, and I use that term very loosely, is nothing but con artists. They promise one thing but do not honor it. I should also mention that once you send them anything, it is non returnable. So you are at the mercy of these crooks. Save yourself the disappointment and sell it to a more honest person you meet on Craigslist who does his business in a dark back alley.

This website is a complete scam. I am in the process of denying their offer to me for the device considering it was estimated at about 5-6 times the amount they are currently offering. It took forever to get through their system as well. Going on about week 2 of the entire process. We will see what they say back but this is a complete crock in my book. Don't use them.

I got a quote for an old touchscreen laptop of $158, so I decided I would accept the offer. I should mention this laptop was in very good if not great condition. Once they finally got around to "inspecting" the laptop after a few weeks, they sent me an email that said they would be paying me $25 for my device. So, that's the scam here, they intentionally inflate their quote amounts, so they can low ball you on the actual payment, then they hide behind their Terms and Conditions that no one actually reads. I made a big mistake by not doing due diligence and researching this company before I accepted the offer. I would have found many complaints.

Ecyclebest just wastes your time as well as money. Don't be fooled by the price they quote on their website before you send them your device. They quoted me over $150 for Samsung grand on ecyclebest.com. They, then, sent me a quote offering $70. The person I spoke to in their purchasing department was not at all friendly, and did not provide any useful information. Dissatisfied with the service

I was quoted $150 for a 1st gen iPad Mini which seemed a bit fishy but I went ahead with it. When they had their "professionals" "inspect" my iPad, the final quote was $11. Fortunately, I was able to get the iPad back from them without any damage or anything and sold it on a different site painlessly.

Like most others who have posted here, ecyclebest basically stole the two laptops I sent them. Although the initial response - packing box received, etc. is good, there is actually no money ever reimbursed to my knowledge.

Boy, I should have checked here before using this company. They quoted me $180 for my Ipad2 64gig wifi if it was in good condition. They just sent me $31 for it. Silly me, I forgot to read the FINE PRINT that said we'll send you an email with our official quote after inspection and you have 5 days to respond, otherwise you accept that price. I missed the email, and now I'm stuck. Don't trust these jerks - you'll lose money on the deal. I guarantee it!

I was quoted $199 for a brand new Note 3, I had just gotten it through my insurance and ended up upgrading to an S6 Edge Plus. Did not need the phone. There was nothing wrong with it, and after weeks of them having the phone, they told me a check was in the mail for $25. How the hell does the value decrease THAT much!? Total scam, and I told them that too. They had NO comment back for the fact that I felt like I was being ripped off. HORRIBLE customer service on top of it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

If you want to get any money from your laptop or phone, take the time to research a local buyer instead. Worth it. This is a pure scam. My damaged laptop was priced at $70 which I knew was low but I figured it was on the fair side of things. I got $9. No explanation as to why.

Ecyclebest is a waste! I wish I had read the reviews earlier than I sent in my Samsung Phone. They sent $90, but quoted me a much higher price before. I just want you to know that it will take you a long time to get to them. Just let them have their way or be prepared to argue with everything you have! Highly disappointed with their customer service!

I wanted to replace my battery on my iPad that died. I filled out there Web site and remark what was wrong and ecycle said I was going to get 150.00 back. After sending it in the report came back remarking that it would not turn on. Really? I reported it had a bad battery. And the said the buttons were bad. How would you know that if the battery was bad. So, I got 13.00 dollars back. I rather of donated it to non profit. Stay away from the scam Web site.

I sent my iPad2 expecting $147. It was like new, even had the original box. I got nothing. I sent 3 emails and again nothing. When you call the listed number, it states you have called outside of their normal business hours even though it is not.

I took pictures of the label and was able to track the delivery. I have filed a complaint with the USPS for fraud.

I was excited to receive such a high quote for my laptop, especially because I never used it since I got a new one. About a week after shipping I received an email stating that they would offer $8. I immediately called to voice my dissatisfaction and request my device be returned. After 30 minutes of haggling over prices (they even offered my original quote) I finally told them I was no longer interested in my original offer because I was so fed up with the entire process. Avoid them at all cost. You'd be better off selling a device yourself.

Sent my laptop which had absolutely nothing wrong with I just wanted to upgrade to a new one they offered me $220 before I sent it and only $16 once they received it! I told them they better send it back, and received the laptop back completely screwed up, called them and they denied doing anything to it. Don't sell your electronics to this corrupt business!
