Interacting with Electric Bargain Store was an excellent experience! I had to match some existing landscape lighting fixtures on a job. After looking online, I came across Electric Bargain Store's site showing the fixtures. I nervously ordered 19 landscape lighting fixtures Shortly after ordering I received an email saying they needed to be factory made. After reading that I feared a problem would undoubtedly occur! However, the communication regarding the process was excellent and things happened as promised! Thank you!
I needed replacement fire alarms for my house. I chatted with someone from the electric bargain store and they suggested a replacement and said that they could send adapters that would work with my current product. Even though their products were more expensive I placed an order because I though the adapter would save me time and I would not need to call an electrician. I tried to install one unit. The adapter did not work with my wired unit. I had several family members try to install and they definitely were not correct. The adapters were not packaged so I am not sure what the problem was. I tried to call and see if there was another adapter that would fit my unit. No one there. They did answer my email the next day. They said I needed to send photos. I sent the photos and they responded by saying the I could order a replacement package from them. I told them I had already ordered from them and they just kept repeating the same thing to me. I chatted with someone and they said I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee (which was $50.00) and that I would not get my shipping costs back ($15.00 each way). I asked why I had to pay a restocking fee if they were getting the product back. Then I got disconnected. I called and asked for a supervisor (they never connected me to one). I explained my situation and they said that they would have to have another department call me back.

The shopping was okay. I had a couple of problems checking out. Somehow I got bounce out during the payment process. Its a bit unsettling to hit the purchase button twice for one purchase.
The 3 "5-star ratings" are based on "experience so far." Your website worked fine. The only exception is that I did not see an estimated delivery date. I'll see if I still feel 5-star after I receive the delivery (understanding the possibility of a delay due to Covid-19). Thanks

The description of the item I purchased did not match the picture shown on the website. I was able to return the item. However, I did have to pay for return shipping.
EBS treated us well on an earlier order (96 lights), and we need a couple more to complete our remodel. It was great to have the orders on file to make sure we could match up our earlier order.
Reasonable price and easy navigation. The only issue I have is that I never received any confirmation email or any shipping information. The product just showed up. I actually was going to call that day to find out the eta, but it showed up before I called.

At first I had trouble with the website, it wouldn't allow me to use PayPal or even complete an order. I called she said the website was overloaded, she said they'd call back that day. It didn't happen. I called again the next day and left a message. the guy who returned my call was very surprised at my experience. Anyway he did an AWESOME job, I received my merchandise and am delighted!!

Shipping charges are too high, product selection very good. USPS 3-day priority shipping took 2 weeks.
Ordering was easy, product shipped pretty quickly and arrived as scheduled.
