Adjectives such as patient, professional, personable are simply insufficient and barely scratch the surface regarding my incredible experience with "Ashley Robinson". Pleasant. The agent was very professional, knowlegible and courteous.

Very professional. I was not aware of how easy it was to have the Elite Group find the right insurance company to cover my new home. They gave me the right coverage I was looking for at a competitive price. They also contacted my mortgage lender to have my premium included in my monthly mortgage payment prior to closing. Did not have to pay any money up front. It will all be taken care of at closing. Just e signed a couple of documents and done. Easy!

I had been shopping around for insurance on my new car for quite a while, but was getting fed up with answering the same information for each and every website and getting a ton of calls, so I decided to call and was connected with Joseph. He answered all my questions in a direct and respectful way, while also helping me get the best deal. It was fast and painless, I will definitely be calling Joseph for all of my future insurance needs! If they keep hiring people like Joseph, I'm sure the business will go very very far!

Edward understood my challenges and priorities. He sold me insurance by finding a policy with a good insurer at a fair value. I believe he made the extra effort to fashion a policy with the insurer at a lower price with all the same protections.

Albert had reached out to me regarding an inquiry for condo insurance. He quickly and efficiently helped me get a great rate on not only my condo insurance but auto insurance as well. He was easily reachable and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I called over and over again, trying to get someone. When I left a message, no one would call back. And, when they finally called back, I was in my car and couldn't talk to give them the info I needed to, so the agent called back and I didn't get the ring so, I had to call back. I didn't get to the agent in time. He was gone. Left several messages, and no callback. If it wasn't, I got my insurance through them I'd never use them as an agent.

This was a great experience as a girt time homebuyer. The representative was very knowledgeable and had no problem explaining the quotes that I personally researched thinking were a better deal. Great pricing for even better coverages. Thanks guys!

My experience was long, but well worth the time spent on the phone with my agent. He saved me quite a bit of money as I was moving from one state to another and helped me get everything ready for my new home.

The company is just a big phone room, not really an insurance agency. They have admitted to me that they are an in bound phone service. I want a real insurance agent, instead I got a phone room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
