It is expensive but worth the cost. I feel better on the vitamins and have lost weight. (Even without doing it perfectly) I really like most of the people who I work with as well.

My sister and I joined and we are both content with our results. The weight loss is slow but steady. 25 lbs of weight loss is my goal. I am down 18 and doing just fine on the program. I am able to stay with the program guidelines 80% of the time with out any trouble. The remaining 20% usually happens when I have to travel a lot. Plan on slow but steady progress. I anticipate it taking 8 months to a year to lose the 25lbs. No miracle diet here - just an educated, supportive environment to make steady progress.

My representative has been helpful but not pushy. I use the protein drinks and some of the snacks. My representative has suggested additional products but has never been pushy about it when I decline.

My main suggestion for the company - lose the dyes in your drinks - it is not needed. You have a good product that could be great if you left out the dyes.

Lorie has been outstanding helping me get started. I've only been there a little over two months and I have lost about 23 pounds as of today., I just turned 65 and my mindset has never been there long term. I will update you with my progress. The metabolic journey has been so good to me, but not without an amazing one on one coach. I've never been pressured or shamed. But all the support is so wonderful. When I was a working OR nurse, I was always given a plan that I could follow with my busy schedule, many days without food and water until late in the day. Each individual has an individualized plan. MRC advertise that a refund is available if you're not satisfied with your results! I've tried calling you, but they make it very difficult to speak to someone. I spoke to Ms. Abrantes, but now she doesn't return my calls. They aren't a member of BBB, so they can't help! I will not stop until I get results, as they promised!

I love going to MRC. MRC has helped me to lose sixty pounds and continues to support my weight loss journey. I have tried multiple time different programs but MRC has helped get the weight loss started and encouraged and coached me thru platues cheering me on, sharing ideas, even took the time to respond to daily text I sent for my food dairy giving me positive feed back and sharing information on good choices and shared information regarding healthier choices. I thought this was a local weight loss clinic, not a national chain. I see a lot of great reviews from clients which are great, but if you look at employee reviews on Indeed a different picture is painted. These are salespeople, not coaches. They have to sell a certain amount of stuff to you or else they get written up, which became clear to me. You are "required" to buy $160 worth of shakes and supplements A MONTH while on the program. I was also told about these "amazing" pills that help boost weight loss that is sold for no less than $70 a bottle. When I asked about interactions with my SSRI's it was waved off like no big deal. She said they don't interact even though I highly doubt the "coaches" receive enough training to know any better. Near the end of my consultation, I was near an anxiety attack because I just knew something was wrong. I asked if I could just go home and talk about it with my husband and think about it. She kept pushing and I just felt so uncomfortable that I said fine I'll sign up just so I could leave. I'm now stuck with supplements I don't really want since you cannot get a refund for products. Another disturbing thing I read about in their "helpful hints" packet was to avoid gel-based toothpaste and mouthwash due to sugars! That is a one-way ticket to disordered eating and any knowledgeable dietitian would not advocate for such extremism. I just feel dumb for falling for it for even a minute. I called about a refund for the program fee and was told the woman who worked with me yesterday will call me tomorrow and "tell me how that will work". I expect my $298 back.

This place is awful to work for. The upper management only cares about numbers. Nothing else! Awful upper management and one particular back stabbing, catty, big mouthed, know it all, pushy employee. My wife was well liked by most customers as she truly cared for their well being. She made many sacrifices to work for this company. She was dedicated to her job despite a rough start with Marcy being an incompetent manager and being thrown into the position with out proper training. She took time with customers and worked well past closing most nights. She missed birthdays, family meetings and stayed late the night her mom passed only to be let go a few months later without notice, without warning or reprimands of any kind. Customers were told for her not following policies but she was never told what policies. We're thinking that she said something out of frustration with upper management within earshot of Jeanie. Rather than addressing or clarifying anything with Amy, Jeanie immediately went to upper management. We learned that Jeanie will talk out of two sides of her mouth. She will say one thing in front of you and promptly stab you in the back. I have personally heard her make disparaging comments about management, the company itself, other employees and several customers behind their backs.

Weight loss places are popping up everywhere. I've even seen the main weight loss meds for sale at various spas much cheaper than this hole. Shop wisely my friends. Support your local businesses before you support a place like this. You'll get better results and better service.

As a customer, I lost the weight. Expect to be up sold. This business is strictly about sales. It took being extremely disciplined and buying their nasty and expensive protein drinks. The cost of the program isn't too bad at first glance but by the time you buy all the supplements, it will cost upwards of $1000 or more. Most of the actual medications can be purchased elsewhere at a much cheaper rate or even though insurance from your pcp.

This company takes advantage of people that just want to lose weight. It costs $300 just to sign up. They persuade you to buy all these supplements and protein drinks that you don't need. It is not like you end up with a small sample, and you can just stop purchasing it if it doesn't work for you. Once you have bought their products in bulk, you cannot return any unopened products. Not including the initial fee that is another $150 down the drain.

I was under the impression that they would monitor your progress and give you advise. They don't really care about your progress just selling you stuff. The diet is one size fits all. I work out and they don't take that into account. The meals are so small it is not sustainable. They are gelatin protein which as a vegetarian are not acceptable but I gave it a try.
Bottom line, the meals are unsustainable and leave you starving and ready to overeat anything and feel like a failure. Thay don't even make suggestions for you. I stopped going. Be careful before you join and research it..
