We just completed a second refi through Omar at Ennkar because of the excellent service and the relationship built during the first Ennkar refi. As a self-employed consultant, I faced different requirements than salaried applicants do. Initially, I spoke with a half dozen brokers and found they were only interested in the quick turn applicants. Omar listened, asked questions, and said yes. Understand there was a lot of work on both sides to get the refi. In the end, Omar's creativity, professionalism, and perseverance delivered a great refi result and experience. A third refi I know where I'm going.

My experience with Ennkar was doing an HECM (reverse mortgage). I worked with Mr. Omar Ennabe and his Assistant, Ms. Yvonne Nguyen. I live outside of the contiguous United States which made it a little challenging, but with technology today, it was a breeze. Omar kept me informed every step of the way. There were a few speed bumps along the way, but with Omar's persistence, knowledge and professionalism, we got through them. I am a very pleased customer and look forward to my continued relationship with Ennkar.

Spent at least a month and a half working w these people that seemed professional but as soon as it was time to close they disappeared! Fell off the ends of the earth. Apparently they couldn't get the loan approved in the end when they had told me everything was good. They are just loan brokers when its all said and done. Goendo th AAG, at least they have the decency to tell you they tried but couldn't get it approved if it turns out that way. Ennkar called most every day then dissapeared after telling me they would close the loan by the end of the month.

John was great from beginning to end. I called in wanting information about a Reverse Mortgage, as well all have our doubts. With every question I had he provided me with proof and sources where I can find the answers to my questions a long with helping me understand my concerns. He explained everything step by step and was very patient which all loan officers lack. One thing no one ever told me was that I can make payments on my reverse which I love and thought it was a great option.
Its been 9 months since I've been in my Reverse Mortgage and its the best decision I've made.

I'm writing this review 9 months later because I wanted to provide a review that some like my self could use.
We all wonder how service is before and after you work with someone and let me tell you that working with John Munson at Ennkar has been a real treat.

John has followed up with me every other month and is there when I call. We are now getting ready to refinance my reverse mortgage so that I can take advantage of today's low rates.

This small company lacks integrity. He got all of my documentation, sent a man out with closing documents, then stopped calling and returning my calls. I am afraid ENNKAR could be a scam. I'm reporting them to the federal government and alerting all online media to be aware of this bogus organization because something just isn't right with them.

We had a great experience working with Ennkar, especially Tre Robertson who was super responsive. Everything was well organized and efficient and we truly appreciated the great communication through the loan process. We highly recommend going through Ennkar.

AVOID. Unreliable. Undependable. I wanted to do a loan, an easy high value loan, gave their agent all my info - then he disappeared. For days. I had to track him down. He lied twice to me about sending it. I then spoke with another agent and guess what? Same treatment. I assumed this organization was a scam and stole my financial info. I wrote a complaint to the company ENNKAR and? Same treatment. No response. No trust here. Buyer Beware. Pass the word. AVOID ENNKAR

Rania Alvarado, senior loan officer at ENNKAR, successfully completed a reverse mortgage closing for me, what many other loan officers for the last three years had not been able to do. Rania is an outstanding loan officer and also a kind and patient person.

The loan officer Jose Revilla.
He stift me out of $100.0 for my notary services for his company Ennkar. I wouldn't trust using this company to apply for your mortgage.
I know I've been ripped off by this company for my payment. I have left 12 messages for this Jose not one call back. If you're smart turn around and run away. Take it from someone who has dealt with them.

DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! I decided to try Ennkar,(even after seeing other bad reviews) and that should have been my first reg flag! Omar and Jose are scam artists! They take all your info and then disappear! Not a call or text out of no where right before the deal is gonna close! I wouldn't trust Jose revilla with a penny of mine! Eating gas station sushi would be a safer bet!

I was looking into refinancing my reverse mortgage, I applied & a few days later I received a letter in the mail that said I could not refinance because my credit score wasn't good. I called Ennkar & Sammy was the man that answered my call. He researched & found that the denial for me to get a refinanced was a mistake. I have never had a refinance before so I had a lot of questions & being 66 years old I forget things easily, so I would ask him some of the questions over again. Sammy was patient & explained everything I asked him. There are young people who get irritated with older people for being slow & forgetful ( I've had that happen to me) Sammy showed respect to me & we even laughed at things we see around us. He made me feel at ease & comfortable. I want to give Sammy a big hug. Now that the refinance went through I will miss the conversations I had with Sammy I will tell people to contact Ennkar for getting a refinance & ask for Sammy.

I was jerked around for 5 months with this company, trying to get a reverse mortgage.
They promised me the moon! After I signed all the documents (all 200 pages) they shorted me $9000. I would steer clear of them unless you want to be another victim.

I would NOT trust any co that continues to call back when told numerous times "I'm NOT interested"! Who would do business with people like that?

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Ennkar and their staff. Rania Alvarado was Mortgage Loan Originator. She was very proactive, responsive and managed the loans necessary details that were needed to close my home loan ahead of schedule. Her ability to get things done within a aggressive time line helped saved my property. If i could give her a 10 star rating, I would.

Honestly, this is the first time i have ever felt that the loan officer cared about me and my goals. They weren't trying to push a product down my throat, but rather took time to listen and understand my objectives, fears, and concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend you give them a call and test them out for yourself. You will not regret that you did! :)

My expierence with Ennkar was great. Omar and Matt were so helpful through the whole process of getting a Reverse Mortgage. I would recommend Ennkar to anyone considering a Mortgage or Reverse Mortgage.

They gave me a great rate, low fees, excellent service. I had a very good experience with them. Not to mention that they opened my eyes to products that i did not know about. Very smart people working for them. Everyone was excellent. Would highly recommend.

When I needed to get into a reverse mortgage after checking with numerous different companies I found Ennkar to be the most customer service friendly and informative company compared to all the others that I had spoken with. I went with them and could NOT have been any happier. They did their utmost to make sure I got the best satisfaction with everything.
