I've been using epidemic sound for well over a year now. I use the music for my YouTube videos so I don't have to worry about copyright strikes since the music is copyright free. I like the way you can search by genre or mood. That's very helpful when editing a video. You can even search by tempo. I highly recommend this site.
Extremely predatory business. I found out I had gotten charged almost $400 over the past year when I had never used the service—I must have signed up for a free trial at some point but I don't even remember doing that. When I contacted asking for a refund, they refused, and the manager reaffirmed the refusal. Every other business I've ever interacted with allows refunds in cases like this. I'm appalled. I would give this zero stars if I could.
