I bought a very simple necklance more than a mounth ago. I have never received my order and even if I tried to contact the sales and customer service staff they didn't fix the problem.
They are not replying to me. What can I do? I require a refund but I don't get any answer from them. This website it's a scam, they are very unprofessional and they treat customers like $#*!!

Their products aren't their own and you can find them cheaper on other websites (advertising they are all sourced from some cheap place in China) try reverse photo searching one of their items, you'll find it in many other places. They also feature stolen photos in their ads from a legitimate company called stargaze jewelry
