We had a very nice and friendly handover at the counter and in the parking lot. Great car, hybrid without extra charge, only 1585 km driven, great! Hopefully the return will be just as easy.
It took 2 Hours to get the car finally. The staff was friendly but only two, all the other rentals had at least three persons!
The car was new and full of Benzin. The staff are very kind and I had fast service.

We rent a car on Creta. Everything was ok. We were picked up at the Airüort to the office. Nice and friendly stuff.

I received the car with the tank half full and returned the car with even more petrol. No money was returned. The tank should be completely full at pickup time, as all other companies do.

I thought it's an international company. How bad can it be?
We wanted a Jeep Renegade and got extra insurance from booking.com. When we got there, they didn't have the Renegade anymore, instead we got a Kia. To get the insurance coverage that we wanted and had already paid for on booking.com, we had to pay another €100. We'll never rent here again

They offered a Jeep Renegade on booking.com and the price seemed alright at first. Until we had to pay extra on arrival for a Kia we didn’t want.
Everything was ok.
The employees were very nice.
The only thing is that we never get the exact car we booked.

The car we have feels very unsafe. The fan belt is squealing and the brakes are very loose. We would like another car. Also the agent that helped us was in a very big hurry for us to pay so she could leave.
