I have been going through severe clinical depression from past 8 years. I have tried some in-person therapy sessions in Delhi and some online portal like yourdost.com and seranity.com and had a very bad experience. You feel like you are talking to brokers and people who don't much understand mental disorders (students type). Then I heard about eWellness Expert on Quora and tried them. I read all the good reviews and tried it, but apparently what you discuss with experts is monitored and it's not private, so it's a bit shameful if you pour out your heart and reach out for help, and then other people are reading it and commenting. People who have used the service, did you know it was not private!
