I love reading the NERD articles because they give straight forward unbiased information. The authors of the articles do the work to read though the literature and put it all together in an easy to read format. As a student in nutritional science I appreciate the amount of topics covered by Examine.com and find it both educational and enjoyable to read.

They "seem" to b a very inciteful site. I don't have any issue's w/it...
After finding EXAMINE.COM a few years ago, I have not trusted any other site with their facts, findings or recommendations on usage and dosage. Learning how EXAMINE does their own research on vitamins and other supplements with true facts and findings, giving you the actual amounts is what I was seeking. Examines info on their purchased pages contain the best recommendations on supplements and vitamins. Now I no longer search needlessly for hours on other sites, everything I need to know is all here on EXAMINE.Com.
As a personal trainer with a wide variety of of clients I have found the information from Examine to be very beneficial. I purchased their Fitness Guide and Supplement Guide and both have saved me a lot of time researching information for my clients. But most important I knew I was giving my clients reliable information. Both are well worth the investment.
