This company basically robbed me of almost $200. They sent a white dress that was stained, wrong measurements, AND the quality was nothing like the picture online. Then after months of trying to negotiate with them and getting them to agree on a full refund of my money they went back on their word. Nothing but a bunch on money grubbing crooks.

You should not order from this website to get cheap formal dresses. I order one for the Marine corp ball and when I received it, it was significantly different than the dress in the picture. A rep from the company said that the dresses can vary by up to 5% because they are "handmade" which I knew before purchasing but the dress is definitely more the 5% different but they won't give me a refund. The pattern, color, neckline, and back are all significantly different and it's made out of very cheap material with poor quality and I don't understand how this is not false advertising. I learned my lesson the hard way and am out $170 and don't have a dress to wear to the ball.

The dress was perfect and just as described. She got it in black and it just looked beautiful.

I read some reviews before purchasing a dress cause I was interested in some dresses I saw on line. I ordered 2 dresses, totaling almost $200 and got them 3wks later, to only receive horrendous looking dresses. Not only we they the wrong size, but the beading looking like my 5yrs old did it. The dress was nothing like the picture. I emailed and contacted the company immediately to get a refund or exchange and after several emails during 7 plus days, the company repeated asked me to take picture of myself wearing the dress, they were creepy emails, never offering me a solution or refund. Ultimately, I stopped replying. The stoled my money, and I got nothing but rags. People please be careful. :(

I just got this dress after anxiously awaiting it's arrival. I do love the way it flows, I can get used to the color, and I am getting it altered. Thank you for my dress.
