Face Yoga Method

After starting with the Forehead Challenge, I decided to join Mastery! The coaches are amazing; very compassionate and encouraging. They stepped me through how to start off in Mastery so I was not overwhelmed! This was extremely helpful! My husband says he can definitely notice a difference in my before & after photos…and this after 33 years of marriage!

I joined the 5 day challenge a few months back, as someone who had never tried face yoga before, I found it engaging. Having it live on Zoom with a bunch of women made it even better. The live Q&As with the coach were a total eye-opener. I decided to join the Mastery program, and after a couple of months, I'm hooked! I love attending the live classes and watching the replays when I can't make it live. My journey with Face Yoga Method has been a total win. If you're into self-care with a fun twist, this is a must-try!

The FYM has transformed my life! I felt wonderful sensations I never thought existed! Fumiko and her team are all amazing and have a special and unique way in teaching! If you wish to accomplish a radiant complexion while also a glow from the inside out, this is the place to be!

The face yoga method does work, but I found a lot more value in following videos on YouTube rather than this overpriced system- this women is enterprising in a fake way/ I'm trying to deal with her Group it's obvious that she is creating community solely for profit and has a very greedy attitude when it comes to expanding repertoire outside what will benefit her personally rather than holistically to the group. I purchased some products and then in working with her, felt patronised and taken from. It isn't good karma to purchase these programs

Customer service is taking ages to respond, social media messages are being ignored (unless you want to buy their products), public comments are being REMOVED. FB group is not an open community, posts are not being approved with questions about other skin care products. I purchased one of her products. Never received it. Contacted customer service, didn't hear back. Messaged on Instagram, was ignored there for a while. Added comments to one of her Instagram posts asking to contact me- comments were deleted. Wanted to ask about different products on FB group - my post was never approved. After chasing them I got my money back BUT be aware that negative feedback is being deleted. All you see on her Social media is either bought comments or positive feedback from I don't know who. Very disappointing and greedy ethics. Makes you wonder how good her products actually are. And what exactly they're hiding.

I've had a great experience with the Face Yoga Method teachers and customer support. Their method helps to bring more awareness and love to our face, our body, and our whole selves. When I had a payment issue (due to my error) customer service quickly helped me get it sorted out. This is a great community and company and I recommend them to friends!

Me encanto hacer la experiencia de 5 días Challenge, no seguí porque para nosotros en Argentina es un poco caro ene este momento. Pero me pareció fascinante y lo volvería a hacer. A Fumiko la sigo desde sus comienzos cuando pasaba toda la rutina por su pagina. Siempre me llego todo de ella.Pero en ese momento era joven y ahora que la vida me dio unos cuantos golpes la necesitaría mucho para poder volver a verme bien. Quizá mas adelante lo pueda hacer. Muchas gracias por insistir no suelo contestar experiencias pero con Fumiko es diferente. GRACIASSSS

I have bought three jumpstart courses and really liked them. When I experienced the live classes it became clear to me that recorded courses could actually be damaging my skin more than not doing anything at all. I'm little disappointed on that respect.
Also, I never received the booklet from Tina after finishing the live challenge classes.

Beautiful experience! Since I started this incredible journey with face yoga, more than 3 years ago, I learned to discover who I really am and to love myself with all my imperfections. That really transformed me and I felt that I was born a second time. I embrace the yoga poses, body posture and be aware of our habits and this is a really life transformation. I shouldn't forget that treating my face a natural face mask plays an important role too. Treating my mind with great thoughts is vital for me too. So many benefits. I was very pleased with the my results from the 6 week face yoga method bootcamp! Its a valuable program for anyone who sees the signs of aging and wants to take a natural DIY approach to look more youthful. Fumiko's FYM poses are easy to do, and they work. I am 51 yrs old, and by the end of the course, I noticed that my eyes were more open and brighter, my cheeks were more lifted, my face was slimmer, my lips were slightly fuller, and my skin was brighter. The bootcamp teaches you about the muscles in your face-- how they are connected and the reasoning behind the poses. The bootcamp also includes lots of extras such as great skin care tips, and a Facebook group which was a unexpectedly wonderful component. Fumiko, Tina and all the bootcampers were a fun, pro-aging, supportive community to learn with. Try it! It requires a small daily commitment, but it will give you some great tools and skills to help you nurture a youthful appearance throughout your life.

Ridiculous amount charged for monthly classes. It makes no sense and it was disappointing to be hit with that offer after the free trials.

It's been great. Teachers are wonderful! Classes are great!

I love Face Yoga ever since I started. In the meantime I am a certified teacher and I love teaching this transformative method. I appreciate and admire Fumiko for her sensational work and committment to her mission.

I love the programm! It helps not even with the face it also helps to get rid off all the stress stored during the day.

I am jumping in with the little free time I have, just wish it were easier to track our events, I missed one and don't know when it was supposed to have been. Will keep working on my practice.

For me, the sessions were not an efficient use of my time. Half an hour's content could have been delivered in 5-7 minutes. I'm already very in-tune with my body (former ballet dancer trained in dance kinesiology), and regularly use Thomas Hanna-based Somatics to "train" individual muscles (body & face). Just give me the exercises in the form of a daily protocol/progression & tell me why, anatomically, certain muscles are to relax or be toned. That's what I, personally, need. (I do, however, adore Fumiko's on-screen presence. She is so charismatic! And, I'm positive that Face Yoga Method benefits MANY people, so, I don't mean to bash it; it's just not for me.)

Hello everyone. I want to express that I am very satisfied and thankfull as well with FYM as it is offered and also its presentation form. I am not fluent in English but despite this the way is very understandable and clear.

I keep getting billed $33.14 sporadically, used the app once. Can't get into contact face yoga support to cancel.
Pretty sure they just collect the money and you have no way of contacting them. Very angry.

I absolutely love the program. It has made a big difference in my complexion, dry eyes, and all around my face. We see the difference it has made all over specially my "bags" under my eyes.

To much input and to few time for me to practice. Too expensive to keep on practicing with the mastery option if you're a beginner.
I liked better the 6 weeks face camp, even if there are too few extras for the whole package. I'd be good to have reminders throughout the day and more support. Otherwise it's difficult to implement a new habit. And classes are mostly afternoons at PT while I'm sleeping here in CET. That's not doable.
I wish there are some improvements to this respect. Full-time working mums need more flexibility and practicability.
