It's a very beautiful and significant gift. I ordered for my granddaughter sweet 16. I was not disappointed with the quality. You need to take at least 40 days to consideration when you order, because shipping those days is very long. The company provided me with the tracking number, which was helpful. They also follow up with apology for timely shipping, which is not their fault. Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase. Happy Grandma

I order A Tumbler to be delivered before Christmas. Tracking changed and 26th of December was delivered date. The tracking date stated in Illinois going to Indiana. I email Famvibe to get no response. The Tracking continues to change. I spoke with USPS I was told Famvibe scanned in order but item hasn't been scanned at the USPS warehouse. I reached back out to Famvibe Via email several times. Not 1 response.

I specifically bought from this company because it had the fastest shipping rates. The website said it was 3-5 days of processing and then another 5-7 for shipping. It has been three weeks and I have still not received my order. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a secret Santa party so I had to go out and buy something else. I would not recommend buying from this store unless you buy at least a month in advanced. The shipping timeline is a lie

I'm so fed up. This company is a joke or a scam. I ordered a pillow for my mother in law back on Dec. 9 (I think, for sure it was early December). I got emails telling me my order was being made, then shipped, then delivered. But nothing came! And I was given no tracking # so how am I supposed to get to the bottom of this? They won't respond to my emails. Figures. Reporting to BBB within 24 hours if they don't get back to me.

I ordered a stocking with my puppy's picture and name. It says it was delivered on the 9th but never received it. I can't get in touch with anyone and I've emailed them 4 times. I will never order from them again.

I canceled this order within an hour of purchasing a mug because I wanted a tumbler instead. I keep getting emails that my order is being prepared. No phone number or an email address that works for cancellation. I will be taking this up with my Paypal account.

I ordered 5 personalized pillows for a family reunion. It was only two weeks between ordering and receiving them. They are very good quality and even better looking than what I expected. I contacted them multiple times with questions before ordering and each time they responded with a day. I was worried with all of the bad reviews but I would order from this company again!

We ordered a shirt for my dad, and it took a month to arrive. In the end, the print started peeling off after just 4 washes, and my dad says that the fabric itself isn't comfortable either. The shirt cost quite a bit of money for a T-shirt, it's a shame about the money.

I spent $80 to have four kitten stockings in one order. I received 3 and never the fourth, they had 10 days to complete my order for Christmas. I got Ben and Jerry and Leo but no Stitch. They failed to provide the 4th so I did not use the stockings and requested a refund. They refused to do so. Very disappointed I did not have all stockings for Christmas Day.

They are very difficult to speak with and don’t seem to really care.

I'm writing this after reading all of these reviews. I recently ordered a Grandma t shirt. Today I received a call asking if I had tried to order something from somewhere withe my card for $300.00
The answer was a definite NO. Then upon reading a review on here that after ordering from here they had been taken for a charge on their card of $1200.00. Better not happen!

I've been waiting 6 weeks for a delivery that never arrived. You were very quick to take the money from my credit card, ironically the same credit card that was skimmed for $1200 2 days later.
I've sent you numerous emails…no response. I tried your ‘live chat'…. No response. The courier company you allegedly use in Australia are also scammers. This is an absolute joke and nothing but fraud and theft from hard working honest people.
Stay away from these thieves
Update. Finally get an email offering me 50% refund because of my trouble…for an item I never received

I ordered this shirt and then I looked up reviews and thought damn I've been had. Right off I received a follow up email saying my order was in and they would email me when the order was sent which they did. I got home from work today and I had a package and lo and behold it was my shirt. I absolutely love it. It was only about a week and a half from ordering to receiving.

I just received what I thought were going to be two personalized pillows as Xmas gifts for two dear friends…. Items came in extremely small vacuum packed packaging so the last thing I thought is that it was the pillows. What arrived were two very small (11"x11") coverings for a decorative pillow. Of course, you apparently provide your own pillow. You should not advertise pillows if that is NOT WHAT YOU ARE SELLING! I am still in shock that this is what you sent me!

That the item was not actually a pillow as advertised but just the covering for a pillow!!!

I ordered 4 pillows "stuffed" for Xmas. I even added a $20 tip to ensure "hopefully" that I would get everything in excellent condition and in good time. I got 3 pillows not fully stuffed and 1 pillow arrived too late to give for Xmas not stuffed with the stuffing folded over so many times and its not enough stuffing to even fill the pillow up halfway. I sent them an email complaint and they did not respond. These people do not care about your business so don't give it to them.

Ordered on December 5 and the 10 and received part of my first order and I was extremely disappointed in the ornaments you could not read the writing unless you had a magnifying glass. I still haven't received the entire first order and the second one as of December 30,2021. I did communicate with them about how disappointed I was and asking for a full refund since they offer 100 percent guarantee that you are satisfied. They offered to give me a 50 percent refund which I denied becase the ornaments are useless. I had to get my financial institution involved to get my money back.

I have become very wary of facebook ads since so many appear to be American advertisers but then in the end they're from China. You don't get what you ordered! After reading reviews on other sites and several complaints about customers not getting their item, I found that once again, facebook has allowed another Chinese company to scam people! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
