BUYER BEWARE!
This store does not believe in what true customer service is. They believe that if you take up their precious time, and shop elsewhere, they will penalize you with a store policy of a flat 20% restocking fee if you attempt to return an item from there within 7 days. Even if the item NEVER leaves the store. Spend $1000, get $800 back. I do not recommend this store for any reason. I could be in the minority here, but given they don't care about taking care of customers, I won't be back. What they do care about is hosing those who shop in times like these and change their mind on a purchase. If you find an item elsewhere that is not as expensive, you have the right to shop there. This store way overcharges for it's merchandise and has no qualms about it.

I ordered a R92 Rossi lever action 44 mag.Stainless 20"barrel the price in the cart was 648.99 and i was charged 691.01 they emailed me and said i was wrong that the price was 691.01 before i ordered the insurance for 6.49.Now they are saying that i was looking at a lower price four days after the sale They said it dropped on 07/07 2023 Funny thing is i ordered it on 07/03/2023 Watch your final price when you pay or they will take you like they did me! A year ago or so I made an order from F&F, after waiting two weeks past the time I was supposed to receive my order, I made many attempts to contact them. They don't answer their phone. I finally got a hold of the owner, and he said they were waiting on uppers. Then, it changed to waiting on lowers. Then they wouldn't answer the phone. I finally got a hold of the owner, and he said he was out on deliveries, and would check into it at the office and call me back in two hours. The next day I received an email that said my order was canceled. I called the owner and he said the girl in the office must have canceled it, and I needed to wait up to seven days or whatever it was for my refund. After double that time, I threatened to send my financial institution after him. One hour later, I got my refund. Avoid this company!

Owner is fantastic and VERY responsive. He has answered every email I've ever sent (even at 11:30 pm) within a couple of minutes. Pricing is very low and his attention to detail and desire to please is second to none. As a business owner, I can really appreciate how hard this is, especially with hundreds of emails coming in each day. I purchased two (2) PMAG 60-round drum magazines. Got the order confirmation that night and it shipped out the next day. Fantastic follow-up help after the sale. I literally can't say enough about Sonnie and his team.

Fast and efficient. Fast update. 2-3 days received merchandise. Seem friendly.
So far will recommend.

People with attitudes can't service right. Owner Chad had problems. He accused me as a scammer, I am a new customer want make purchase on his site. He could make some money. However. He canceled the order and called me a scammer. You make me laugh

They have removed the restriction allowing me access to their website now, LOL! Also it appears as if they've made changes on their website! YOU sir, are pitiful and I HOPE a lot of people continue to see this review and take my word seriously! **************

ZERO STARS! I do NOT recommend doing business with Family Firearms. Don't bother trying to communicate with them because they are easily frustrated, I am 57 years old and this was the WORST online buying experience Ive Ever encountered, Very disappointing! Their website was VERY MISLEADING and demanding using all capital letters, you can look through it and see all the anger issues and red flags starting at the very top of the page. I purchased a pistol that was being shown IN STOCK. I even contacted my FFL and got a copy of his license and emailed it to them to help speed up the process and make the transaction as smooth as possible. They claim in stock items ship within 1-5 business days, so after 12 days with no updates I contacted them to check the status of my order. Obviously IN STOCK and IN STOCK LOCAL are 2 different things. When I made the purchase it was shown IN STOCK and according to their website Should have shipped out within the 1st week. My purchase was shown in the green box "IN STOCK" yet there was an extended wait time because they had to go through a distributor to get it! Sonnie became VERY RUDE and Unprofessional after I requested to have my order canceled. Only then, was I informed the firearm was "Supposed" to arrive at their facility that same day (how convenient) and when I questioned the 12 day time frame that had already passed, we discussed their cancelation policy fees and he became very angry with me, then decided to go ahead and cancel the order with a full refund. He proceeded to inform me I was fired as a customer then BLOCKED my newly created account as well as my access to their website, Ive NEVER had a business be so rude just because they lost a sale. His website and Emails contain Bible quotes and/or religious notes throughout, UNTIL they become frustrated with the customer, then their demeanor changes. Those were all removed from the last emails I received from him. He likes to use religion as a way of pretending to be Mr nice guy and has a way with words to try and make things sound as if it is the customers fault, which I am excited to see his response to my feedback. A TRUE NARCISSIST! His actions were Very immature and unprofessional to say the least **** I wasn't even going to waste my time leaving this review until I realized he BLOCKED my personal internet service provider address from being able to access their website, but I have news for you. I can STILL see it using my mobile internet, and I can also use ANY other WiFi internet service! TRUST ME, you didn't need to block me OR fire me as a customer because I would never do business with you again even if you were the ONLY shop on the planet so Get a life and GROW UP, dont treat people like this! Congratulations on earning this feedback, You deserved it and I'll try to leave some more for you elsewhere. GOD BLESS lol

Ordered a second TISAS 1911 (Raider version) two months after I purchased the first in January of 2023. Duplicate results. Pistol arrived in less than a week after placing the order, in perfect condition.
