Well I just want to say that this magazine is the best fitness magazine ever you pretty much can learn on how to stay healthy by what's right and what's wrong I totally recommend this tell your friends tell your family tell anybody even your dog
This magazine is very informative and even has recipes sometimes on what foods to make to be healthy. The articles about peoples struggles and hope of inspiration is always awesome to have.
