Fix and Flip Loans

I'm so thankful for finding Fix and flip loan when I needed them the most. The loans I have received through the years have been one of the best rates on the market today. As a result my credit score improved and I am able to keep more money in my pocket rather than paying higher credit card interest rates. So for me this was a no-brainer. Job well done. I did my loan online. Only took a few minutes to fill out loan request and the money was direct deposited in less than 2 full days. Very satisfied with the whole process. Quick and easy.

I still can not believe how easy this was. Yes, I have a good credit score. I still had CC debt, I desperately wanted to pay off. NOW, my monthly payout leaves me with money each month, paying back this loan, helped. I am throughly happy. I made sure I could pay off early without penalty. It took a few days for them to pay off my creditors. I let them to do, or you can on your own. Its easy and painless.

I was pre-approved for this loan with 90% approval odds. I knew when applying that pre-approved did not necessarily mean a guarantee, but the 90% made me finally take the offer and apply after researching loans for months. Well, I was immediately turned down. It has been a year with Fix and Flip Loans. I made sure to work on my credit for a year to be able to get better offers, but I guess that didn't show with this lending company. For example, in May 2020 my score was 595 and by July 2020 it was 680. It has dropped a little because my credit card balances grew, but that was the whole reason I applied. Super let down. The process for applying for a loan was so EASY & HASSEL FREE. This was the first time I actually took Fix and Flip Loans up on their loan offers. I went through my Credit Union right before applying with Fix and Flip Loans, they denied me saying that I had DEROGATORY things on my credit which I didn't & don't. My credit is in good standings all around. They even gave my husband & I the run around years ago when we were trying to apply for a Equity Line of credit on our home we own free & clear, we ended up getting the loan from another financial institute WITHOUT a problem. They stole my money by saying I needed to pay a up front fee. Once I paid that, Leah Santiago stopped communicating, calling, answering, I finally called main line to talk to "sales" as I figured that's the only thing they answered and I was right I finally got the scam artist, Leah. She and I exchanged some words and she refused to say she didn't want to work with my business because she knew she would have to refund but now I am blocked and I cannot get anyone to answer. She's a scam artist DO NOT USE THEM trust me I have messages to prove she's fake and will steal from you.

This is the second time I take a loan with this company and you guys have been nothing short of amazing. And let's be realistic here, I'm not saying it is the cheapest, nor the lowest interest, you are paying high interest but it is still better to pay off debt and still have the least amount of impact on your credit. With the instability of the economy during the pandemic we started relying on our credit cards.
