Few days ago when I ordered first time, the final confirmation page showed an error. Paypal was charged but no pending order on your site nor a confirmation. Had to call. Today I placed my second order then after message from Paypal (?), "this invoice already paid". ??? So I had to do it again and chose credit card payment. Lots o wasted time and ambiguity with your online shopping.

for some reason the online ordering would not take may zip code on the billing but did on the shipping. took about 20 minutes.
I've bought multiple items over the years, but I come back for their FLT Geosystems 6x9 field notebooks. They are just the perfect size, hold up well to inevitable abuse, and are a superb value.
