Flynax

I don't usually leave any comments, but all those negative things that I've read here about Flynax and their products make me puzzled. I have QUITE a different opinion about this company. I'm probably their oldest customer. We've been together for nearly 10 years, and i'm not planning to change anything. My website works fine. They've released a new version recently and i've already updated my software. Love it.

Yes, they are not perfect. There are a few things that I'd like to change. Sometimes the support works a bit slower than usual (probably, because the number of tech specialists is limited, while the number of clients is significant). But when they respond to your request, they make every effort to help you. I really appreciate that.

To conclude, i can say that compared to other software providers they are really GOOD. I used to work with a couple of other companies in the past, and I can compare the experience. They do provide a great script, multiple plugins, payment gateways, free maps, etc. And that amount of money that they take for all these is fully justified. I love the product and I can recommend Flynax to everyone who values stability. 10 years is a long period, I know what i'm talking about.

The software is amazing, it have everything, but if they don't have something, they offer cheap rates for new codes. The support team which are like 6 support super guys, they are excellent coders. They do all and fix everything fast. 100% recommendable.

It was a big mistake when i convert my website to flynax. Very poor service and you pay for every single thing. And dont let me start with the customer service which they are very slow and you have to pay for this service!

Believe me it is a nightmare.

Part Two:

After I reviewed here they came after me and start bothering me because I wrote a review here. And keep asking me to delete the review. And my ISO app which I order almost a month ago, they wanted me to share my Apple account which I told them I can not share it, because it is personal account. I offered to them to use Teamviewer so they can login to my computer and do what ever they want by TeamViewer. They refuse and they insist to share account which is personal. Then they told me delete the review and we will give you the source code.

I asked to refund the IOS they told me you are not eligible.

Part 3:
"Flynax: It is very unthankful of you to write that we charge for every little thing because Rudi added the "to be negotiated" option to your custom module at no cost."

It is a shame when you said something not true. I attached the bill of my payment for this change.

Flynax: I'd like to remind you that Flynax is a Company that provides services to other customers too. We're not freelancers sitting here and waiting for someone to send us a ticket.

We pay for this support and they only work for 20 days ( only business days) and they Charge $54 monthly. And as you can see they very rude with us and they will try to get money from you, by skipping your tickets for few days.

Please guys if you know anybody who can convert my website to WORDPRESS I will appreciate it and im welling to pay for it just to get rid of this nightmare.

I am at GoDaddy (which is considered to be poor at website hosting) receiving awesome scores with Flynax at GtMetrix, Pingdom, Google Pagespeed and WebPageTest.org

Combination: Godaddy VPS (SSD) + Cloudflare Free service

My site has been online since 2003 and I have tried many different types of classified software and Flynax is by far the best, many more features, great customer service which is well worth the cost. Plus for a modest price, you can add a huge variety of plugins, I believe I have most of them now. With the problems of my old WordPress classifieds, I am back in the building stages for my new site which has been using Flynax for about 7 months.

Would I recommend them? Yes though hopefully not with my competitors as this is the best system out there.

The availability to product support for questions I am unable to take care of is also excellent, this was my main concern when looking for a better software solution. Product Support is essential and I do not mind paying a small fee for that type of support.

You cant produce quality products with the intention to do so. How can you produce quality stuff if your target is catching fish on net. What i have observed is generally those who produce quality stuff will have liberal refund policy. Others make it impossible to get refund. Search engine rankings can be manipulated with forcible backlinks from gullible buyers. If you keep on refunding every unsatisfied customers they may not have any customer. Of course its not easy to quantify quality. Even i thought its quality product until i installed it myself and saw how it works. Its like a satellite site which works or goes down when they want. When you buy flynax you are just becoming their satellite

There is a great support on simple things and thy 24 hours help desk good experience so far spicily with Natalie.

So, when you are looking to buy Flynax - they would sign you a sweet song about fast support, powerful functionality, community support, etc, but once you pay - the fairytale is gone.
1. Posting your questions to community forum is useless. You may be lucky to get a reply from other community member in 1 of 10 cases max. Flynax staff wouldn't even bother writing a formal reply.
2. Posting CS tickets is useless. Your inquiries, even urgent, shall remain unanswered for days and then you get a ridiculous reply like "You did not understand how CMS works" without any further explanation. Oh, by the way, that is what you get from PAID support. Yes, you should pay, not to get any support.
3. Plenty of bugs, weird logic in adjusting your project and so forth.

I only gave two stars instead of one, because this COULD be a great product, it does have potential, but the customer service and management teams must be replaced with people who care.

I asked to the account to be closed as I never used it and did it in the first three days. The refused in writing to cancel or refund. So I lost $200.

Sad business model. Very poor ethics.

I am using Flynax since 2010, and I am happy with it, actually, they are ANGELS OF CODES. Flynax is a flexible script.

I want to write about my experience with Flynax System, but I want to put my previous experience with WordPress, where I was facing problems with speed and purchasing the theme and plugins. Despite all that, I was facing problems with speed. No matter how much I tried to develop the site or buy plugins to speed up, it was of no use. What I noticed distinctively is speed. The Flynax system is without any external additions or annual payments for it.
Here are some of the features I found:
1- The budget is appropriate, as it would have cost me to design a website starting from $4,000, as I found mostly what I need for only $195, and this is an insignificant amount compared to getting a classified ads site with this amount only for the beginning.
2-Customization exactly as you need with superior craftsmanship, Viktor helped me customize everything on the site. He was a patient person. I want to thank him for the results he achieved, his patience, and for giving me good prices.
3- Additional plugins that have more features, They have more than 90 plugins that help expand the features of your site. Many of them are free and the paid ones are reasonably priced compared to the price of customizing a function for each task performed by the plugin, and they are also constantly developing it.
4-The trial version gives you 15 days of free trial, which is a great thing to explore whether the system suits you or not.
5- Support response: Here we may differ between the person who has worked before with web designers or not. If you have not dealt with professional designers before, you will be disappointed. However, if you want to get the best results with the utmost safety and quality, you must be patient, But be 100% confident that they will not ignore any requests you make and will give you advice. In my experience, it was New Year's and this is considered a season, but I got everything I wanted 100%.

I am not a newbie to Classifieds Software, and I can only say that Flynax deserve every cent for this Script and Support (Very fast respond in the Support scale) I never expected them to educate me for $200.
I enjoyed building my Auto Classifieds site in French, it is working perfectly from the technical side, the rest is on me to make it successful.
I surely recommend Flynax!

Honestly, I purchased my script and had php issues on server. Once that was taken care of, The Flynax team did take care of me. It was kind of a run around due time zone(I think). I am happy with the script and I would recommend Flynax to a friend.

This is our honest review, from April 2nd, 2020, of the classifieds system Flynax created and also from our experience working with them. This review will contain 3 major negative points because we do not recommend the system nor the company.

False advertising with iOS and Android apps.
The classifieds app for iOS and Android has nothing to do with the web version. There are no filters, meaning if your category has 1000 ads, users of the apps will have to paginate all 1000 ads page-by-page.

Poor performance
The reason the software works well in their demos is that it has only 30 ads and 5 users. We have a database of a couple of thousands of ads plus a few hundred users and everything runs sluggish. We evaluated other platforms too and even Wordpress style sites can handle the same database without problems. This is also false advertising.

Difficult to work with
Staff members like John, David, and Viktor have a poor command of English but will be the ones responding to your tickets. Often, it feels their replies are pre-written because they don't address the topic. They also have a hard time understanding requirements and are slow to deliver. For example, a developer named Viktor was assigned a customization to allow the creation of a new type of form field (tag input, from bootstrap). After one month he showed us a hardcoded field and with hardcoded datasets, completely missing the point of the customization that was written in clear English. Also, 30 days to create a hardcoded form field? It's a 2h job.

The business model of this company is to sell the script, and that's why after-sale services such as support and customizations are so bad. I searched for classifieds templates for my auto project until I found Flynax and understood that it meets all my needs. Flynax gave me so much more than just a classifieds template, their software is #1 for classifieds industry! I ended up changing the design of the template to my preferences, but the core of the script has everything my site needs! Thank you Flynax for support and everything. Let me start by saying, Flynax knows what's bad about their software, they also know what's good about their software.

With a lot of competitions out there, it will take you a lot of money or modifications to Flynax software for you stand the competitions

Flynax is responsive but doesn't look professional on mobile phones and tablets and they know this but you will need to pay them to make it look better for you.

I used Flynax for 3 years and spent over 4k but finally gave up for something different, if you want to achieve your dreams of having one of the best-classified ads websites, you need to find someone that will design a website for you to meet your needs.

Flynax support takes over 2 weeks on tickets.

Maybe before buying the software, ask Flynax to show you a portfolio of someone that used their software to make it.

I know a few guys like Pete, Crist that has Flynax software for years and still at the same stage as they started.

Do not like the reviews fool you, I have been and I even gave Flynax one of the best reviews.

Anyways am selling my software, I have full license including premium templates and all plugins. If you are interested I will sell them for you as cheap as 200$ because they are useless to me

If anyone looking for setup classified website, Flynax is the best choice available in the market. You don't want to be an IT guru. Flynax support does everything for you.
To be honest, I am not an IT guru, I set up my classified website and Apps with Flynax. I just sent them my requirement document. After they deploy my software, every time I want to change it Flynax support did all the tasks for me. I know most of the support and sales crew by name (David, Natalie, Dmitry, Rudi, Andrew iOS / Android App development team) because they are like my friends. Thank you all of you for the great end results and effort on developing and customizing my Website and Apps. Every time I lodge a ticket, I received a positive reply.

Flynax is really the best forever after a lot of search i found them, after i used a lot of platforms like wordpress, joomla, etc,. I purchased Flynax software to run my classifieds business in Australia. I used to do business the old way, through forums or stores, but then came to an understanding that a website is a must nowadays for any classifieds business.

I researched the market and chose Flynax because their pre-sales was really nice and I thought to myself, is this going to be the same after I buy the script? Luckily it was, I did purchase paid support so that I was sure that my requests were processed with higher priority and I don't regret it to this day.

The guys from support helped me get my site up and running, and brought it in line with my business concept. (special thanks go to Linda, who was really professional in the first days when my site needed all the tweaks and changes).

Overall, Flynax is a solid script with a lot of Plugins and features, honestly, you don't need all of those Plugins, but I chose the ones, which are really useful for my customers.

Flynax offers a lot of payment providers which can be integrated and used to charge users for posting ads, memberships and more. Three months after, my website started bringing income and it does to this day. Although there are many scripts out there and I landed my choice on Flynax, I would not say that it's the best or better than others. For me, it does its job and I don't even think about changing it.

First I want to say that I am a real user of flynax Classified. And I need to make it clear that what am about to say is motivated only by my satisfaction with the product and the company. I spent weeks looking at classified PHP based programs. I read the terrifying rip off reports about so many of them. When I found flynax classifieds it is the best It was easy to configure and full of options. A very professional, clean, and useful script. Now the part that really amazed me was there service. They responded extremely fast to any question I had, resolved all problems, most of which were caused by my own mistakes, and bent over backwards to keep me as a client. I challenge anyone to find a better product for the price, or service.

After reviewing about 15 alternatives, I decided to go with Flynax. With the additional plugins and a little custom work from their development team, I had a fully functional holiday rental website.
