I ordered flowers for my boyfriend to celebrate national boyfriend day and they just made me speechless with such great experience. The quality of the product, the delivery, communication process and the fact that they actually delivered what they promised made me happiest. Gifts cannot be delivered on time. Delivery partners do not attempt to deliver and send messages of a failed delivery for the recipient not being at home. Pls, do not use this website if you want on-time delivery.

I ordered a cake for my cousins to congratulate them from FNP. They send another design which of course looked cheaper.
When I contacted them I asked for 30% refund because of the inconvenience and the cheaper cake they sent. The customer service said they will not give a dime back!
