The order is already 7+ days late, beyond the 4-6 week expected timeliness standard. There has been NO communication from Foamorder.com. They simply will not provide a date when I can expect my cushions, and certainly will NOT commit to anything.
Nor will they reply when I left a message.
Absolutely abhorrent service. There is no telling whether or not cushion will be of good quality because at this point I really don't expect to ever receive it. I'll be pursuing a full refund, but based on the professionalism (lack thereof) so far, you can be sure that it will be a struggle.
I have contacted Foamorder 3+ times via their online "contact us" button and via a telephone.

I placed an order for a custom mattress for my van, when I realized that I wanted a thicker dimension I went back to the site not more than 10 minutes later, and using their preferred platform for order changes I made the request. I heard nothing for 3 days and instead of getting the wrong product (nearly $1000.00) I decided to cancel. FoamOrder did not respond, even though I had contacted them the way they wanted me to via the website. 4 or so days after the order I called, and received a call back a day later informing that the materials had been ordered and it was possible to cancel, but $100 restocking fee would be assessed. This at the very least an incompetent organization, possibly fraudulent as they claimed my requests hadn't reached them until it was too late. Beware.

Cushions came miscut and I was told that I would have to pay for return and restocking fee (25%). I am going to have to re-order from another company. Terrible.

I needed a custom cushion for our bay window and was nervous to order from them because of mixed reviews I found online. But no one else could make the complicated shape we needed. I crossed my fingers and placed the order. Customer service was great, we exchanged some emails about the fabric choice, I ended up mailing them fabric because my original choice was too expensive, and it was made within a couple of weeks. The cushion is nicely made and exactly to specifications.

HORRIBLE! Shop somewhere else, anywhere else! I got no email confirmation, and then one day all of a sudden, they charge my account $640 and ship the foam, after I already found another place locally to buy the same foam for $220. Their only option is for store credit minus a 25% restock fee. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They take every chance they can get to cheat customers. Duraflex and Everflex are the exact same foam, there is no difference other than what they charge you, and it's been that way for years and years.

The place is such a disorganized mess, if your order is months late it's less likely to be from covid and most probably because your order form has been lost or misplaced.

The markup is crazy ridiculous, it's well over 50%. I estimate it to be around 500%, possibly more. Bottom line is you'll never get what you pay for but if that's your thing... more power to the owner.

Ps. The "wood handle regulators" are just cheap ice picks bought from a brewery

I have bought so many dog beds for My Dobermans crate and nothing fit and they get all lumpy. So I went with a custom foam piece from FoamOrder! Pretty easy, I measured, put in the dimensions and chose a fabric. Fits like a glove and he will no longer be stealing pillows to fill out his crate. We're Happy.

To whomever is thinking of using this company... STEER CLEAR! THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS, NOR EMAILS... AND MAKE UP EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE, ON WHY YOUR ORDER IS BEHIND! MINE WAS... THE SAW WAS BROKEN, BUT FIXED TODAY! THEN, WE RAN OUT OF YOUR FOAM, BUT IT JUST CAME IN TODAY! ENOUGH! THIS COMPANY, BY FAR, HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND DO NOTHING BUT LIE, LIE, AND MAKE UP EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE, INSTEAD OF JUST DOING WHAT THEY SAY THERE GOING TO DO! Do yourself a favor, and save yourself, from a HUGE headache, and AVOID like the plague!

I've ordered from here twice. It's the most affordable way I've found to get a totally custom natural latex cushion product. I would recommend it.
PROS: Both orders were received exactly as ordered. Anytime I emailed them the response was prompt and professional and answered my question. And, bottom line, you can't beat their price + quality materials + quality craftsmanship + custom options combination.
CONS: I wasn't totally thrilled about the time it took to find out when I'd be getting my order, the fact that their order status on their website never worked, the condition of the package on my second order, or one confusing email I received about my order that left me wondering if I was going to get what I ordered at all (this was weeks after I'd already been charged).

They sent us the wrong size, took our money, we returned the product and yet they still have our money.

I talked to someone on the chat, who obviously doesn't understand good English, and all he did was copy/paste! The next day someone called and didn't leave a message. I called and left a message to call me back. They called back, and this RUDE individual on the other side couldn't understand my question ( I have an accent, but I am very well educated), and said to someone that I don't know how to say the word EGG? Are you kidding me? He came on the phone with a nasty attitude, like he didn't want to do his job... which also showed. I asked him a questions and he pretended that he didn't understand what I was saying! Never answered my question, and asked if I had other questions, because he didn't want to WASTE more time on me, since there are other clients! WASTE time on me? Wow... if he was working for me... the door would hit him on the way out... HEAD FIRST! Imagine having someone like this working for you? What an awesome impression!

Foamorder.com has some good quality memory foam and latex products (mattresses, pillows, mattress pads, etc.) but their prices are a bit steep and and their customer service is spotty. Some folks are really helpful and other ones are a little grumpy. I would shop here again but I would also shop around.

After 20 years I went back to Foamorder for my second latex mattress. They have improved their product with a much better cover than the original mattress. The new mattress cover is organic wool mixed with cotton. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable about their products. And I found as their prices or extraordinary low compared to some other dedicated bed stores.

I placed an order February 16th. Today is March 15th. Order status has says "Expected to Ship March 2nd," I have only talked to one person who said they would call back. I have heard nothing. After reading these reviews I'm really regretting this. I wanted to be sleeping on a new mattress by now, and instead I'm worried my credit card info is compromised. Wish I would have checked the reviews. Rookie move on my part. :(

Placed an order for two cushions with custom fabric (that they said they had and had sent me a swatch for). Ordered in May. Billed to my credit card in May. After several frustrating attempts to reach the order status department in July, I just learned that as of 8/19 the cushions have not been sewn because they don't have the fabric. I am asking them to immediately refund me. I don't know yet whether I will have to open a dispute with my credit card company. Be very cautious... something is not being well run at this company.

This place (a) gets your money, (b) takes forever to complete the order, (c) claims theyve already started the order within days so that they wont refund if you cancel. Do yourself a favor and find a local vendor. Would NEVER order from foamorder.com if I knew then what I now know.

My order was missing the Dacron wrap and they communicated with me until the order was corrected to my satisfaction. My sofa feels like new again. Highly recommend!

I placed an order for custom cushions. They are 2 to 3 weeks now on my promised delivery date. I contacted them and said that the order was in, and was going to ship immediately, that was 2 weeks ago. I called last week again and said the order was complete and it was going to ship. I made several attempts to contact them and no one is answering the phone and the calls are directed to their showroom. I finally got a call back and they are disclaiming that what some of their employees are saying on their phone is not their responsibility. My order still has not shipped and again I was promised it will ship this week. They were only quick at telling me that the order is not refundable however. I would steer away from them, they only have good reviews on their website but not anywhere else...

Placed an order for a custom size piece of foam, (7'x5'x1"). It was projected to ship a week later, however it has now been 3 weeks and nothing has been received, no one answers the phone or returns my calls, and the online order status has not been updated since I placed the order. But, the charge did hit my credit card 2 days after the order.

I placed an order on line and tried to cancel the following day. They wouldn't return my call and the following day said the work had already been done. I called my credit card company and they were charging my card while I was speaking to the representative. They were lying about the order having already been done and would not refund anything. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Quality was lower than advertised, charged more for packing in addition to shipping and handling without my prior knowledge, and never gave discount on agreed coupon code they provided. The burlap (charged extra) around the foam was less than 1/2". Real cheap stuff.

I use latex toppers and mattresses frequently and set up an account with them, and placed an order. The order went through... as did a second order that I was not notified about, which arrived two weeks after the first order. When I called about this, the response was essentially "you placed the order" (I didn't--even their system shows the one order), "We notified you" (they didn't, and why wouldn't they just use the account I set up?) and, about the time between shipments, "there was a delay" (which you didn't say anything about). Doesn't pass the sniff test. It's a dishonest company.

I also wish I could give ZERO stars because that is really what they deserve.

I ordered two twin-size wedges to lay side-by-side on a king bed. Not a hard requirement for most companies to understand. When I received the product, it was not made to the specifications that I had in my copy of the order entry data. Somehow the company came up with a "fabricated" order page reflecting the dimensions that they manufactured to. I guess foam in not the only thing they "fabricate". I sent them pictures showing that there was no way the delivered product was made as I specified and it would fit on a king-size bed as a typical wedge would be positioned. They don't care to serve the needs of their customers and they pass on their errors to their unsuspecting customers as so many of the reviews here and on other review sites have depicted so well. They have proved how unscrupulous they can be. Do yourself a big favor and don't get caught up in their web - buy your foam products elsewhere.
