“Return Policy”

Forever 21 has a no return/final sale on swim items. It is printed on the receipt, the receipt I received after purchasing a swim top. It is not posted anywhere in the store, nor is it verbally conveyed at the register. When checking out I did ask about returns and was simply told I have 30 days. They refused to return an unworn/tags on, swim top. Fitting rooms closed/ final sale on items you can't try on. Good bye Forever 21, you've lost a customer.

I ordered a graphic tee and a face mask and it delivered so quickly I loved it :) I def prefer any teen to shop here!

Tip for consumers:
They no longer return swimwear even with their fitting rooms closed. Shop elsewhere

AWFUL. They sent package to the wrong address. An address that their system likely somehow pulled from an old order. More than 6 years old. I asked the rep to look at my account on their website. It CLEARLY HAS ONLY 1 address and the ONLY address. But yet they ship it to some old address that's not even in my profile. Somehow their system messed up but i wanted to see whatever let's fix it. The guy flat out said NO! Okay buster. Then you wont only not get the chump change of a few dollars in shipping, how about you not get ANY of my money. What a bunch of untrained incompetent business people are these?

My daughter made an in-store purchase on Friday and yesterday we noticed a couple of purchases on our account that wasn't us. But on Friday my daughter gave an employee at the store the information to look up the account and then suddenly we have some purchases that weren't ours on the account. One of them was $150 gift card sent out to somebody but was accidentally sent back to me and the other was a bunch of male clothes. The clothes came out to $153.87 and the gift card was for $150. None of these transactions were me and we believe that our information was stolen from one of the employees at the store that rang up my daughter on Friday. The clothes were issued to go to New York. We are not from New York, we have never been to New York, and we don't know anyone in New York. The managers and the employee who did this seems like besties cause the whole time while we are talking to them they were rolling their eyes and trying to rush us off. I sent emails with pictures and i called fed ex to stop delivery, no one has reached out to me. This happen at Water tower place in chicago, the manager is Drew and i believe Aida is also a manager, the person that did this i don't know his name but he was there and acted surprise when we were there. He stole my info and needs to be fired and also Drew.

I was searching the Forever 21 website and I saw some incredible ankle boots, but I didn't think I really wanted another pair of ankle boots. I looked at some long cardigans when I saw one that was really cute. I wasn't able to get those boots out of my mind (I LOVE BOOTS) and I loved ankle boots, I just didn't want to pay almost 10.00 shipping costs, I left the web. I was checking my emails very late that night when I got an email from Forever 21. "Come back, don't miss out on these, the email said. They're low stock, sign in for a special surprise."

Terrific shop. In the other hand, for all women, they have more plus size clothes and they have decent prices on everything in store and big sales almost every day. Overall, they sell mostly small clothes for women.

I ordered the jacket and the dress all fit good quality and perfect. Easy to use the website. I am very happy.

I don't even see the US version of their website listed available for review, so I'm reviewing under this one.

I absolutely used to love forever 21. I could always find cute items, at high quality, for affordable prices. In fact a few years ago I would say at least 90% of my wardrobe was from forever 21.

Over the past year or so I've shopped at forever 21 countless times, but instead of coming away with multiple items like usual, I may have found one or none. The quality of their items has dropped significantly, a lot of things that I buy even if I hand wash them in cold water and hang them to dry, shrink. Many of their items have poor construction, and pill or rip or fade, with just a single wash. I've also found that because they purchased their items from so many different wholesalers, a lot of the items sizing is all over the place. My usual size is an XS, And while a lot of stuff in forever 21 is too large for me in a small, some of their items have actually purchased a medium in because they fit me. Honestly all around their quality has just gone down significantly. And the prices have gone up quite a bit.

You can still find some hidden gems, but I found that instead of going into a store and being able to come out with several items, and stressing about finding too many cute things, I'm leaving empty-handed more often than not.

Forever 21 is struggling to stay afloat, and this is probably the reason why. Nobody wants to pay more than they were paying before for something of less quality than what they got before.

Their employees in store, and their online customer service, are always hit or miss. You could get somebody really friendly and helpful, or you could get somebody who acts like you're bothering them by asking them a simple question.

In general, I would say that forever 21 went from being five stars, down to three. They're okay. I wouldn't rave about them, but I wouldn't say they're the worst place to shop either.
If you purchase online, don't use PayPal. If you pay with PayPal, the only refund they can give you is a store credit. They can't actually refund you. If you use a credit card they're able to refund back to the same card you used.
