Very pleased with expedient shipping. Everything arrived well packaged and in tact. Because they were a close out with an incredible price, I didn't mind that I had to sand rough areas from each frame.

I appreciated the number of options for designing my frame. It turned out beautifully. The sales were really great too.

This was my first time back after Frame USA's system upgrade a couple years ago so I had to re-register as if a new customer. Not a big deal, this happens often enough and I was aware of this process thanks to their emails. Products were easy to find on the site. The product and order pages had a smooth flow except for a small glitch after completing my order, when the SiteJabber pop-up screen appeared and there was no way to click out of it... not even clicking the "stars" to begin a review did anything. I just had to close my browser window.

The checkout experience and updates about shipping are great, but unfortunately, the products were not quite up to par. Out of the 20 frames I purchased 4 of them were broken. 3 had broken glass and one had a broken frame. Update: Although I didn't put in for replacement frames, because of my review I was contacted by a brand manager to let me know that they will be replacing the 4 frames that were broken. Awesome customer service!

Unbeatable price point, vast selection of high quality product, everything is customizable, shipping was expeditious, and the end product was identical to what i had designed on the website. Highly recommended.

Really easy and convenient to custom order a mat for my print. Well-priced too. I would like to say that I appreciate the packaging to keep my mats from getting damaged, but it was a little over the top the amount of cardboard for two very slender mats. Maybe you can use carboard corners to protect mats and then put them in a smaller cardboard box mailer.

I received no tracking and their order status lookup wasn't working/updating online. I had to email customer service for ETA.

Prices are reasonable, quality goods, great website that lets you visualize what your frame will look like with mat, etc. Mat color samples aren't quite true to life but that's typical on a computer monitor. I measured three times and was very happy when my two art prints both dropped right into their frames, perfect fit. Would order again.

I was disappointed. After reading the description that went with the product, I had an image in my mind that did not match the frame I received.

I made three custom frames and mats with the Design a Frame option and they all came out beautifully. They were packaged very well when they shipped, as well, so they arrived perfectly fine. I will definitely use this company for any future frame needs 😊

The previous order was very similar to this. I asked I be notified how much shipping was as I could have sent a pick up slip on my UPS account. Shipping was nearly double of what this order is. I talked with a rep at your office. It is just too bad for me you charged me so much freight on my previous order. It's too bad for me you didn't notify me in advance as I requested. If you company was not closing the doors I would not have ordered again today.

Might be jumping the 5 star gun but so far so good. Just pray the frames get delivered in one piece. Thank you to all for your wonderful frames.

Website if you don't type in search for what kind of frame could be more user friendly. Love your frames and have ordered from you several times. Would love to have the option to download my picture for viewing purposes

Although the item I purchased was a great value, and a very nice product, the fact that the glass in the frame arrived broken was totally avoidable. The service I received to replace the glass was very fast and very good. Had the glass been packaged in the original shipment the same as it was in the replacement shipment there would have been no problem to begin with. All in all very satisfied with the product and the timely response and customer service.

I received a response to my issue within 24 hours. Filling out the claim form was easy and quick. The problem was resolved very quickly.

Web site easy to navigate and appreciated the various explication. Happy to see, made in USA.

Ok. I know wood is pricey and labor also but I feel there used to be a lot more choices for frames from this company.

I love frameUSA. They make quality frames at a fair price. Customer service is responsive and helpful. Turnaround/shipping times are excellent.

Negative overall, the frames very different than the website. Customer service was not professional at all

Of 5 frames ordered in 2 different orders, all frames had gaps in corner joints and/or were misaligned on 2 or more corners. In one case there was a waxy white putty covering imperfection on frame surface. Would expect at least the corners could be flush. There was also some chipping of paint right at the corners.

Have not received a response yet. I assume they will respond positively or I will have to write another review.

I thought the frame I ordered was going to be a bit more modern-looking. I ordered a basic bronze frame with a matt included. What I received was very underwhelming and to be honest, quite dated looking. I could have found this in my grandmother's basement or I could have gone to a local store and gotten this basic bronze frame for half the price. Maybe a larger frame custom order or a more ornate frame order would have been worth the money, but next time I'll save my money and go to Target.

Easy and clear--not a ton of add ons! So many other websites will have a starting price, but by the end it's 3x more expensive!

It was easy to order and the selection was really good, just what I needed in one place!
