I searched all over for a captive ring with a square bezel. There are a lot of jewelry websites, like 30 pages on Etsy. I was only able to find this one. If you ask me, it's quite pricey, but I must admit that the quality is superior to that of cheaper alternatives. If you have the money to spend a little more, I strongly advise doing so because you do get what you pay for. This is not fast fashion or something you would discard after a few years of use.

Just horrible customer service they do not care about you being satisfied they want money
I've been trying to exchange a piece I ordered or get a refund, which they do not give out I paid almost 1,400 for a piece I do not want or need and I still haven't been able to exchange or correct a piece that's still in processing
They've been ignoring my emails and has blocked me from social media
Hopefully this helps someone, so they don't get over on anyone else

I've been a Freshtrends customer for a long time. And it never ceases to amaze me with the products they offer, the prices, and how simple it is to use. I do request that favorites be restored. Sometimes there are products that I want but am unable to order and would like to return to ensure that I order it the next time by adding it to favorites, which makes checkout much faster. Or at the very least, save for later.

I've ordered from FreshTrends before and never really had an issue. They're slow at production and have pushed my order's shipment back one other time. However, I spent a decent amount for several items and they have sent me the same email twice stating that my items aren't up to standards and will take another 10-12 days. I'm starting to feel like I'm getting scammed.

I have loved dealing with this company! They are willing to work with me every time i have literally ordered the wrong size nose ring. And it has happened several times. I ordered according to my piercer once. The rest of those times? Me. And fresh trends has worked with me to send each piece back, with free p/h and no attitude. Just pleasant and helpful. Their staff has been great, and that attitude of "customer service" is huge with me.

I received my nose ring and it was perfect. It's not too big neither too small just nice fir my nose. I love how I can wear it everyday, even at work and not be conscious about it. Love it!

I recently purchased a nose ring from Freshtrends and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The nose ring is made from high-quality 14K gold, it's very well crafted and it has a great shine. The build quality of the nose ring is impressive, it is sturdy and has a secure fit, I haven't had any issues with it falling out or getting loose. The design is unique and elegant, it's perfect for every day wear and it pairs well with my other jewelry.

The design change to prevent snagging on the end of the diamonds is the only thing we have discovered that could be corrected. The snap-back closure is snagged and torn off. Possibly an arc-shaped diamond mount as opposed to a point. Additionally, expanding the selection to include a larger gauge and larger diameter would be nice.

I am beyond impressed with the perfect fit of this 6mm nose piercing! My initial piercing from my piercer was an 8mm, but it felt just a bit too big. So, I took the leap and decided to switch it up on my own. I am so glad I did! The 6mm size fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Although I couldn't give it a full 5-star rating, I must say I am thoroughly impressed with its comfortable and snug fit. I am absolutely in love with it!

The reason they have 5 star rating is because they do not post bad ratings. I was very disappointed with my purchase. It was much smaller then pictured and took over 2 months to arrive. I tried to call several times so I could talk to a live person so if I ordered a replacement it was not the wrong size and I could not get anybody. They never answered phones. I wrote a review and they removed it… only 5 stars are allowed…

Such an amazing piece of jewelry that I received from Freshtrends. I couldn't believe my eyes what awe I was in when I saw it. For sure it is 100% metal quality.

I bought my first piece of real jewelry from fresh trends. The material is made of real gold and silver and other precious gems and stones. The jewelry is also made in house. I haven't ordered from fresh trends in years but the jewelry arrived on time and as described.

The first purchase I ordered a diamond stud that was supposed to be larger than one I had. It was smaller, when I addressed it to customer service they became very defensive so I let it go. I recently ordered a North Star diamond design with many small diamonds because it looked so pretty. Finally I received it. When my piercer started to put it on me she pointed out that a diamond was missing. I got a magnifying glass and she was right. They make you wait so horribly long to receive it that even though they are expensive it's not worth sending back and waiting forever for it back. I just wear it with a missing stone. But I will never trust Fresh Trends again. I will never buy from them again.

I was concerned when I ordered this nose ring. I had tried to wear a thin hoop, and it had resulted in the dreaded bumps. I couldn't get rid of them until I switched back to a stud. This nose ring is both comfortable and lovely. No dreaded bumps! When the piercer saw my jewelry, she raved about its beauty and quality. I love it. It fits perfect. I will order again.

Spent over $200 on two pieces of nose jewelry and BOTH PIECES ARE BROKEN! Messaged the company for a replacement in which they replied I must for a million things to allow that to happen and when I do I will receive a store credit. For what? More $#*!ed up jewelry…absolute disgrace

I ordered a pink diamond for my nose and the stone wasn't as bright as I expected it to be - they explained why and gave me options to make sure I was satisfied - I would absolutely recommend this company

Awesome stuff and the support guys have been more than kind. My belly button ring was not the one I had ordered and I thought its all lost, they may never return my money. But they did and they sent me the chosen one. It did take time and it was an honest mistake, people factor...

What wonderful jewelry. I've ordered from FreshTrends three times now. I recently purchased three initial cartilage earrings, and they are all gorgeous. Other metals in my ears have caused me problems, but this 14K gold makes my ears feel great! Beautifully crafted and exactly what I wanted.
