Everything is perfectly packaged.

Even though there's a lot of good French cheese to be found in the U.S. (even at Trader Joe's!), there is so much more that cannot be found, especially aged and seasonal cheeses, such as Mont D'Or. We may not be able to visit as often as we'd like, but at least we can get a taste of what we're missing!

Prices are reasonable. Shipping ain't cheap, but it's quick and the cheese is well-packaged.

Awful experience, which got even worse after speaking with their "Customer service".

Where to start? Maybe with the 500g cheese missing in my order? Or maybe with the ice packs who were melted? Or the 925g cheese received instead of 1kg (this is "normal/acceptable" according to them).

I tried to reach out to their Customer service in different ways and it took them 5 days to get back to me. They did not even apologize and gave me a $20 credit "to use later" for all the issues mentioned above.

Never again.

This is one of my go-to vegan spots. There are no bad options on the menu and the portion sizes are generous. The food is cooked with lots of flavor and the menu has a good variety of different types of foods (i. E. tacos, burgers, pizza, salads, etc). I highly recommend the seasoned fries.

First they sent en email saying that my card is not going through. I canceled that order. Three days after that they charged my card again. I called my bank and told them about fraud on my account. Those french scumbags sent me an email with some jibberish about my refund. I never got my refund $318 plus they charged me $20 on top of 318 dollars. So be aware of these criminals. This is not legitimate company, they are bunch of hard core criminals stealing your money.

If you are not lucky enough to live near an affineur and want to experience top quality cheeses that have been matured to perfection this is your chance. I have been a fromages.com customer for years and have never been disappointed. The best cheeses form all over France (and other European countries) delivered in perfect shape with mind blowing flavors. If you want to taste the best cheese has to offer, I cannot recommend fromages.com highly enough!

In addition to a wide variety of cheeses I love the fact you can pick the exact arrival date. I also appreciate that they tell you how much more weight in product you could add before your shipping costs increase. This is a helpful feature on their site! Excellent customer experience!

It was easy to order in advance. The website automatically filtered items that were unavailable for export to the US, and my order arrived exactly when I asked. Everything was well packaged and the cheeses themselves were, without exception, absolutely incredible. I appreciate the professionalism, ease, and quality of every part of of my first and definitely-not-final ordering experience.

I Would like you to ship exactly what we order. I recently ordered a 500g piece of cheese to serve a group of friends. On the same order, I ordered a small piece of the same cheese to give to another friend. Instead of receiving 1 large and 1 small piece, I received all of that same cheese in one large piece. I was unable to deliver to two places without first unwrapping and cutting the cheese into the sizes I ordered. It would be great if you ship the exact sizes I order.

I was amazed at the coordinated overseas delivery to the United States. I had my doubts that my cheese would arrive on time and in good quality but it arrived just as promised and was of excellent quality! I couldn't be more pleased. The cheese was enjoyed by all at our Thanksgiving celebration along with the complementary bottle of Beaujolais Nouveau which was an unexpected surprise.

My first delivery arrived inedible after a week in transit. Cheeses were covered in slime. The customer support has not responded for over a week.

The packaging is wasteful, plastic/styrofoam/foil/gel which cannot be reused or recycled. It is also bigger than necessary.

I was very excited about this order, spent over $100 on it. I planned on it to arrive on a specific day, followed its path, signed up for alerts on the delivery. Got home to a tag on the door from FedEx. I frantically called them, and they informed me that a signature was required, which I was unaware of. They offered to drop off the package on their way back to the station, since it was food. The package arrived melted and had a horrifying smell. I contacted the company and their response was to make a note next time to nor require a signature; however FedEx informed me that it was their policy to never leave packages at the door - so I am confused. Recommend they use dry ice like ButcherBox, where the food always arrives perfectly at my doorstep. Out $100 and very sad.

After moving back to the US from France it's great to have wonderful authentic French cheeses to make us feel at home. Fromage.com never fails on delivery and quality. Sometimes the price is a bit high, but still overall an exceptional product for an area With very limited French cheeses.

Everything came to US without any problem. A little bit of France for your meal during cold winter! The package is also very nicely done: cheese inside were still cold after a 2 day trip.

Delivery was prompt and on time, packaging was exquisitely done. Loved the pamphlet. Perfect for gifts.

The cheeses are, look, feel, and taste like individual farmhouse cheeses with lots of individuality, textures and character. They are packed in individual wrapping and cooling packs, so they arrive just as they were sent. They also come with labels and descriptions so you know a little bit more about them.

You will find all kinds of cheeses you would never see at your neighborhood grocery store, and its fun to try the different methods of preparation of cow, goat, and sheep's cheese.

Last Easter we brought a platter to a family/friend gathering and found it was the hit of the afternoon, with many of the selections drawing high praise.

The website is easy to navigate. Everything is laid out with photos and descriptions. You can also buy groups of cheeses, which we found to be well chosen to both complement each other and provide variety.
