The Muse UV Galvo Laser Machine is a game-changer for my business. It has allowed me to create high-quality products quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
I purchased a Muse Titan last January. (Free shipping and no tax since I purchased from Ultimate 3D Printing Store instead of Full Spectrum directly, so I saved about a thousand dollars but still spent nearly $10k on this machine) On November 25th the machine stopped powering up. I tried calling tech support but sat on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call disconnected. I then opened a ticket explaining the issue. Three days later they responded to the ticket instructing me to take the machine side cover off and send them a video showing any lights coming on. I sent the video and... no response. I then sent a ticket reply asking if it is normal for a reply to take so long. Finally on December 14th they instructed me to remove the boards from the machine and mail them to FS Laser. Which I promptly did. By December 21st they shipped the repaired boards back to me. When I installed the boards the machine powers up but will not autofocus and the laser fires intermittently if I try to send a job. I updated the ticket explaining the issue and once again heard nothing for a week. Finally I called and waited on hold and got to speak with a guy who told me the engineers would be reaching out that day January 4th. It's now January 14th and I still have not heard back from them. Not sure what to do now. My warranty expires at the end of this month. I wish I had purchased a generic laser from China since parts and service items are readily available, and I wouldn't be limited to one company that could help with problems.
Outstanding product does everything they say it will and than some The packaging was absolutely flawless fit finish clean neat. Extremely happy and satisfied.
Could not be happier with the MC Series Industrial Laser Systems as our first experience in the world of CNC. For those who want to get started with CNC at a reasonable price, this is your machine. Easy to assemble, surprisingly sturdy and very accurate. Fslaser make starting a new hobby a great experience.
Muse Fiber Galvo Laser is my first laser and first time using something like this and I got the hang of it pretty easily. Make some practice runs to figure things out before doing an actual product. Thanks!
So far I love Their Laser Cutter and Engraver machine! I never imagined I could do my etching/engraving with such a small device, but everything I've done has come out beautifully! I am very happy with my muse. And now I am saving up to get the later version and some additional accessories!
So far I am enjoying my new Laser Cutting and Engraving Systems. The instructions were easy to follow in assembly, and there are lots of resources available on learning how to use the software. The product came with a faulty control board, but Fslaser quickly responded to my emails about it and sent a new one within a few days which has been working fine.

The MC Series Industrial Laser Systems machine has been great for someone interested in learning more about Laser and engraving. Assembly was okay and there are plenty of Youtube videos to assist with questions. We've made a few different projects that have been fun to create. It's been great!
The CO2 Laser Cutter and Engraver Machines was reasonably priced and great for beginners. Had an issue several months after purchase and customer service solved immediately. Very happy with purchase.

FSL not only provided us with a laser at a fantastic price but connected it to our database so we could keep track of the parts without having to manually enter them. The Muse Desktop CO2 Laser Cutter and Engraver Machines is amazing! Very user friendly and easy to learn for first time laser engravers like myself. The improvement of the speed compared to the LP1 is night and day! Excellent quality engravings as well. I haven't tried the roller yet, but I am definitely looking forward to it!

We bought P-Series High Volume Laser Cutting and Engraving Systems back in November. While I had a learning curve on using the the laser. Fslaser was especially helpful; answering questions, software issues, user's errors. I would recommend dealing with this company again!

I was happily surprised with how easy P-Series High Volume Laser Cutting and Engraving Systems was to assemble (took 1 hour 20 minutes). I didn't swear in frustration once! I ran the sample gcode it came with and it was just as advertised. I'd buy it again!
The laser cutter and engraver is a good product. If people can't use computers they should not be operating this machine. It took me under an hour to set up and start using. Very cool machine!
Setup was straightforward. Follow You-tube videos AND supplied instructions since there are some minor differences. I really don't have all of the words to express how I feel about my experiences with this product and the company I purchased it from Fslaser.
Assembly and setup were easy, and the included software is great to get things going right away. I'd definitely recommend this product!
Needed a new software update after my Windows crashed and FSL still provided it to me despite the machine being 6 years old. Wish my car had the same service!
Reasonably priced but extremely well built and easy to assemble.it is amazing and easy to use once you get your head around how the software works.Can not stress 5 stars enough.
Didn't know anything about lasers but needed to replace my old mechanical engraver. Was amazed by the camera demo on the FSL fibers! I just put down a quarter and the camera found it and engraved in under a second. Going to have fun with this!
The Muse Fiber Galvo Laser Machines was very simple to assemble. Almost anyone should have not much of a problem. Will be buying another, or maybe two more, to double or triple my productivity.
I would highly recommend Fslaser.Very impressed with the Laser Engraving Machine. Shipped quickly and great experience overall. Instructions were clear and I was engraving within 30 minutes of unpacking the unit. Already have my second unit on order.
I purchased the Laser cutter and engraver. It was a lot cheaper than others. It works great. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get into beginner laser cutting and engraving.
