Great experience! After researching the camera model that we wanted to buy, we looked at several online retailers for the best price. Gadget Circuit handily beat the big players on our favorite pink model, and shipping was at no additional cost. The camera shipped within a day or two of when we placed the order, arrived quickly, and was exactly what we ordered. We'll definitely have them at the top of our list whenever we're shopping for electronics.

I bought a nikon D3300 (body only) and a nikon 70-300mm VR lens, both of which at a cheaper price than any market out there. Shipping was very speedy! Items arrived within 2 days after selecting normal 7-9 days shipping option. Items are brand new, all in their original packaging. Highly recommend this company!

I would have given all five star ratings of I hadn't had a bit of a hassle during the ordering process. Luckily, a lady by the name of Regina went above and beyond to resolve all issues. fast and easy price was great, actually price was beyond great. I bought a Canon EOS M3, which isn't even in stock anywhere else that I could find in the US for $150 less than the pre order prices. And it showed up super fast. The only thing that I might pick at is that there was no instruction book, I assume because it is probably a European or Japanese release model. Other than that it is perfect.

Recieved Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 on time. Unfortunately, the box was not sealed and the standard Quick Start guide and product registration card missing. It made me wonder if product truly "new" as described, or refurbished, in which case I paid too much. I called customer service after I could not register the serial number on Samsung website, and rep stated they already did the registration. Hmmm. Hopefully it will be for a full year, not a limited refurb warranty. So far, the tablet is working okay.

After my initial review, a customer service representative called to clarify the warranty that they offer and they offered to extend the warranty as well as throwing in an extra memory card. Gadget Circuit is serious about customer service and so far I have been quite pleased. I haven't put the camera through its paces yet but I raised my rating to 5 stars assuming I don't have any issues. Even if I do...there's that warranty.

Received a gray market off camera flash that is now useless to me because it can't sync with other flashes. When I contacted Gadget Circuit they immediately changed the online description of the flash to "import" and would not do the right thing and let me return the product. I have since purchased 3 flash units from a local authorized Canon dealer. Gadget Circuit lost my respect and my business.

So far so good - but until product is in hand, I can't give unqualified positive review. I ordered this same camera from another site last week, which went smoothly enough, then they phoned me yesterday to point out that a battery was not included, and that it would cost "only" another $100 or so to add one onto my order. Needless to say, that's why I'm buying from here today.

Items are nice, but purchase page is not perfectly protected. It seems mixed https and unprotected http contents. It makes me little bit worry.

I am very happy with GC so far: I ordered a lens for my camera and it arrived new, sealed in the box, working, with the warranty... I liked the price too - that was the reason, why I placed the ordered with GC, instead of Amazon, where I used to shop before. And you know what, I bought yet another lens, which I happened to need, from GC again. Had I mentioned that the order was processed the same day and that the shipping was free? Keep up the good work and I will buy more stuff from you guys.

The FedEx driver decided that the delivery location (the retail company where I work) was closed on Saturday, when it was open.
FedEx Tracking indicated delivery would be attempted the next business day, which they didn't.
I did receive the lens, in perfect condition, on the Tuesday following the initial delivery botch.
SO, got it within the promised window, but FedEx did not do y'all any favors.

I found what i wanted unbelievably quickly. infact, so fast that i didn't get to do much else on the site. I found the site through Google shopping, and i was thrilled you accepted Paypal. The shipping seemed a little longer than other websites, but for the price on the item and having a wide range of shipping choices. I'm going to go back and bump up the ratings actually.

My experience was not all that pleasant at the beginning because I have received a wrong item, but speaking to a customer service expert and Regina, made me feel better. Thank you!

it was easy and quick to shop on the website.
i constantly received e-mails letting me know the status of the shipment.
i received the tamron 24-70mm f/2.8 on time, well packed, and everything in order.
i tested the lens and was indeed working perfectly and came with all necessary boxes and papers.
i still haven't registered the lens, but everything else has been perfect up to now.
would definitely buy from gadgetcircuit again.

EU version lense but add never said it was US. Still came in a Nice Gold Nikon Box and all the trimmings! Brand new at 160+$ less. Great lense great service, superfast shipping (way faster then advertised) cant complain at all.

I did not get email confirmation 3 work days after I placed this order. I did not keep my order number. I thought you would sent me email confirmation right way that 's almost all other company does. I called your customer service. The guy who answered my phone behaved as Robot and repeated numerous times: " Confirmation number! Confirmation number!Confirmation number!Confirmation number!----------" I gave him my information and he does not listen at all. Asked the confirmation number again and again. Very annoying!!!

Great product and price but the delivery was very poor. I ordered (and paid for) overnight delivery - one week later I called as I had not received the product or had a shipping tracking number. Customer services said that it had been shipped but there was a problem with my confirmation. I then received a confirmation saying that the product had been dispatched that day (1 week late). I requested that my overnight shipping charge should be refunded which Gadget Circuit agreed to do.

I had an issue with a product that I needed to return and was quickly taken care of.
and Nick from customer care department Reached out to me to make sure things were correct and explained the situation also made sure I was satisfied with everything.
product was shipped out yesterday with shipping label provided and waiting for a refund.
