Great all the way! 5 star experience nothing less! I would come back to sell my iPhone again! They helped me a lot
I was given a quote online for them to purchase my used, mint iPhone. I had the quote confirmed via email, and I shipped my item out. Once they had it in their hands, they sent me an email saying, that because of "low demand" for the item, they would give me $95 less than I was promised. Promised in writing, I might add. To make matters worse, I had decided to do business with them over two other companies offering a similar service at a similar (original) price, and both of those quotes obviously expired.

It has been an all around terrible experience. I sent them my phone and they said it was sim locked, and low balled me. I immediately called ATT and got it unlocked. (Didn't know I had to actually get it unlocked) I sent the email back say the issue is taken care of, at which point he lowballed me again. We finally negotiated on a price 8 days ago, and still haven't received payment. I've reached out several times on their text line, as well as email, and no one will respond to me.
Received a quote and a postage paid mailer. That was 2 months ago. No return call, no return text and their website has vanished. Don't be fooled like I was. RUN don't walk away from them.
Sent 3 Samsung Note 8s to them Oct 21st. Contacted them many times, with no reply at all. The BBB just changed their rating to F!

I sent them my iPhone 7 and they received it on November 5th. I've sent a text message to them twice, and I sent an email. Nobody has replied back. I think they stole my phone.
Great service and paid us fast! I would for sure use again and I got paid alot of cash for my devices and they had great customer service!
Update...
Almost immediately after I posted a bad review, I got a personal phone call asking why I had posted a bad review. Didn't I know that they receive 50+ packages a day and I had to wait my turn? Didn't I know that November 7, a Thursday, was the day before the last day of the week leading up to a holiday weekend? Didn't I realize the phone is only worth $32 (implying I should just give it to him)?
Today is Tuesday November 19th. It is now a full 12 days and 6 business days (I discounted the postal holiday of Veterans Day / November 11 - thank you veterans for your service to this country) since Gadgyt has received my phone. Common business sense says that there is an opportunity to turn a bad into a good and possibly make this review that I am editing go from a 1 star to a 5 star and me revising the whole thing.
NOPE! Haven't heard a word and there is still no funds in my Paypal account. So my revie stands. SCAM.

This "business" is a scam.
I shipped a Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900V to them using the prepaid label they provided on November 7 and have the receipt for it from the Post Office. I followed it through the postal system and it was delivered on November 7.
On November 8th and still today, according to their website, I haven't even shipped it yet.
I have tried to reach out to them on 4 occasions through the only method available, an online texting interface, with no response.
If you have done business with them, do not be afraid to involve the United States Postal Inspection Service. This is obvious mail fraud the way I see it now.
The phone number listed is a cell phone texting service and there is no way to get a human on that line.
Final thoughts... BUYER / SELLER BEWARE!
