This website is a total scam. I bought a Sony PS3 laser lens for $89 with shipping. They sent me a broken one. They told me to send it back after I contacted them and it has been over 2 months and they are refusing to refund my money. So save your money and do not order anything from www.gaingame.com

I bought a xbox 360 controller in this website. It works well just like the original one, and guests were coming over. The Xbox 360 didn't imediately recognize the new controller until I Pressed the small, round configuration/reset button on the front. After that, the controller and console were happy together. I found out that I played just as terribly with the new controller as with the old. At least for me, There is no difference between them.

Beware. They ARE GAINING other people's money-and this is a GAME for them. A replacement laser for PS3 purchased. Advertised as FACTORY NEW. Price w/shipping-75 US dollars. Shipped from some location in Brooklyn NY with an oriental person's name on the envelope! Paid through Paypal. Big mistake.Part arrived used scratched, broken, not working. E-mail with attached photos left with no reply. Telephone of customers service is off the hook.Live chat-do not function. Looks like all communications are blocked after payment made. Paypal refused to help-since "it is not an e-bay transaction"-ignorant crooks as well. Theft by deception. A complaint with FBI Internet Fraud had been filed.

I sympathize with your encounters, but I am lucky. Had no problems. Everything arrived on time in great condition.

I fix up broken consoles and decided to try these guys for dvd drives and parts for gaming consoles.

If they would have advertised the XBOX 360 dvd drives as used I wouldn't have minded, but they list them as NEW. False advertising right there. I guess China has no regulations regarding false advertising.

The second issue was I only received 2 out of 3 items I ordered. There was NO packing list in my package, but my order confirmation page on gaingame.com stated no backorder and that my package was shipped and had a tracking number. This was no help since the tracking number didn't show up on usps website. I sent them an email, still awaiting reply. It is the weekend, so I hope to hear something about my missing item on Monday.

The final straw was the condition of the drive. They didn't even TRY to clean it up to make it look nice. It was full of dirty blemishes, had some rust spots, and looked like its been in and out of a modded xbox hundreds of times judging by the wear marks on the metal.

Stay away from this company if you are looking for genuine or "new" items for gaming consoles. Luckily the dvd drive worked, I just had to take it apart and clean out the dust and hair I found inside. I also ordered a BenQ replacement laser which looks new at least, but I have yet to test it. I ordered it as a backup for my old BenQ drive.

The $30 price should have been a red flag since most new BenQ drives go for near $50.

Just another Chinese scamming site. Selling used parts as new.
