Ordered $178.00 worth of gold, and after 2 days I finally got some of it, the rest I still have not received after two weeks! Their reply to my email is, the price of gold has went up! So, even though I ordered when the price was low, I'm not going to get my gold! Stay away from these thieves!

Purchased some Gil for FFXIV, about $125 worth. I was pleased when I submitted the order- their prices were nearly $25 lower than any other site I'd found.

I was in a chat room with a customer service rep while I made the purchase, and for a while after. She told me 30-40 minutes for delivery, and I paused. "Wait," I thought, "don't they advertise a 10 minute delivery?" I let her know I was in a hurry and she assured me that the gil would be delivered overnight. When I logged on in the morning, it was not there and I had an email in my inbox. "Hello. This is from Game4top.com. We have your order for FFxiv and by this email, i am sorry to inform you that we may need a bit more time to process your order. Every site are short of stocks for this server at the moment. We will try our best to deliver asap. Thanks for your understandings."

After sending more emails and sitting in the customer service chatroom nearly all day, I finally figured out what was going on. They were all out on my server, even though their site said they had plenty in stock.

Sitting through the refund process now. With any luck I'll never have to deal with these people again.

I'll be honest with you, I had a nice experience with these guys. Unlike other websites they don't tell you that their supplier is "offline" or that they're out of stock. I spent a total of $400 on gold for several different games and they even added me on Skype to get gold to me quicker. Was all done in a matter of about 5-10 minutes depending on how big my order was (they eventually ask for your photo ID or drivers license for verification purposes if its over a certain amount). And they don't use those automated chat messages that keep telling you the same thing over and over again, its real people talking to you, and that's the one thing the other websites don't have. If you're going to buy from anyone, I would highly recommend them.

First off let me say I've never bought gil before. The first time I bought gil was through this site and after about 15 minutes after payment I decide to live chat to ask them how long it will be until they deliver since it said 5-10 minute delivery.

Then they tell me it's already been delivered so I look in game (which I was logged into the entire time) and I have no gil or letters, friend requests, tells, messages or anything. I ask to speak with a manager and they told me to skype him. During that conversation they ask if I know someone named Jason and I say no. Then they say I'm a scammer and that they already delivered the gil.

Long story short, they TOOK MY MONEY AND KEPT THE GIL. STAY AWAY!
