I had no problems before, but I received a fake acekard when I purchased for the third time. I can not update the firmware, it says it's not a genuine acekard product. They have done nothing to replace or refund my money and say that it should boot up fine with the previous firmware. Horrible site, especially in communication. They claim they will refund or replace the item if we are unsatisfied, but they will not. I do not recommend, avoid!

I ordered 3 acekard from this company. It sent a confirmation items got delivered but i can't tracked the item. I waited for a week and sent an email to their support and did not get a response. Please BEWARE!
