Price guarantee is BS - they don't match price they will give you a credit - which is less than the difference when you go to book something new b/c their fees are outrageously high. 125 per ticket vs 89 at ticketmaster. What a useless credit. SCAM. I should have googled reviews first b/c I see that many others had this experience. DO NOT USE. Buy direct from vendors / ticketmaster, etc.

I always order my tickets with confidence well knowing that they will deliver. I've never missed my favorite events because they get their clients first tickets

Tip for consumers:
that it is not actually cheaper than direct sites and that they won't really refund the difference - they give you a credit which is useless to you as the tickets will be more expensive elsewhere and the credit will never make up for the massive difference in fees. SCAM and fake price guarantee. BE WARNED.
