Beware of this companies special offers and website. We ended not getting the plants we ordered and paying more than the offer we used. Tried using their customer service and it was a waste of a phone call and my time. My advice is avoid at all cost and send their emails to SPAM!

Beware of this companies special offers and website. We ended not getting the plants we ordered and paying more than the offer we used. Tried using their customer service and it was a waste of a phone call and my time. My advice is avoid at all cost and send their emails to SPAM!

I then put in a code for new customer and paid. When my confirmation email came through it did not show this, so I rang them to cancel my order (it had been less than hours) they would not let me cancel and said I had replaced the offer code with a new one even though there was no code originally. Customer service is despicable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I orderd two lots of plants one diliverd after a month still waiting for other one my wife orderd same one day after me she hasnt seen any plants yet dont know whats happening. Not what you want.

Last year i purchased quite a lot of plants from garden bargains, my gripe is that three of the winter hardy plants with their gurantee should they fail they would be replaced. They all did so i tried to contact the company through customer services who made variouse promises that they woul get back to me they never did. Its worth saying all the plants were carfully planted fed and watered with fleece put on for the winter. They boast about their 5 star reviews on tv and the web and seems to be mainly for bedding plants. This is the first time i have found it neccessary to leave a negative feedback on the web. After over a month had still not received a number of item ordered. Had notificatiomn from Paypal of refunded amounts but not what the refunds were for. After writing to customer services they informed me of what the refunds were for. Received and paid for hanging planters for strawberries but did not receive the strawberry plants. Several items ordered were not fullfilled with no notification from LGL. Will not be using them or Ideal World again.

Wish I'd read this before placing orders. My good never turned up, after sending lots of email someone finally responed to say item were no longer in stock, six months later still waiting for my refund. Customer services really slow to respond to any queries and are completely ineffectual.

I really have had bad service and poor plants and shrubs from this company they have changed their name but not the standard of plants they now use bid TV to sell don't be fooled their new name is My Garden.

I ordered plants from this company on thr 6/05/2011 recieved part 1 of the order on 30/05/2011 the plants were of poor quality and only fit for the bin.
I phoned to complain to be told the remaining plants were out of stockThey said that replacements would be sent I am still waiting.
The plants that I recieved cost £14.99 and was charged the same for postage
Would not ercommend this company to any one.
I am still waiting on them to reply to the three emails that I have sent

Placed an order followed by another order a week later, following good deal in email. Claims to be 7-14 day delivery but after 24 days nothing had arrived. I emailed four times but got no reply at all. I then received email from someone at company to say one of items ordered was no longer available - this gave me a real name to contact! Two emails later i finally got an answer to the question "When will my order arrive?". She told me it would arrive at the start of the following week. One bit out of four arrived. I emailed the company to say i wished all outstanding orders to be cancelled as they had not fulfilled their part of the deal and were unable to reply to emails. No answer but one more part of the order arrived, making it 2 outstanding items - a clock and solar lights, so there is no room to say the order is seasonal. To date i still am unable to get them to respond, despite sending a further email to say i will leave bad feedback wherever i can. The order is not cancelled and it is not arriving. Steer clear!

Gardenbargains website looks great but, don't be fooled, they never get in touch with you and don't answer emails if you've problem. Their guarantees and promises go to the wall once they've got your money. Sent me substitute plants, not was ordered and was advertised.

This is a $#*! site all i want is for my inserts and chains which were missing from my order and after 6 e mails all i get is an automated acknowledgement and no reply even the customer service s will not do anything they are in india and have told nme to buy new baskets

This is the most fraustrating company to deal with - the telephone customer service is polite but ineffectual, any emails sent receive an automated response but no actual reply. Even tried sending direct to their managing director quoting their own guarantee which he puts his name to - still no response. Only received half of order which was paid for back in May and nothing which I have been advised would be done, has happened. My advice to anybody planning to use this company is don't - the site looks great, their adverts are in reputable newspapers and this may lead to them appearing to be a reputable company themselves - they are not. Save yourself the time and the money and shop elsewhere - their prices may appear good but that means nothing if you don't actually receive the goods or the goods are substandard.
