“Horrible cuotemr service responce on tracking”

I've ordered a hover board (my 7 year old bought for her birthday) and yet have not received tracking on the item. My card was charged a week ago. I'm trying to call into the *******997 and no one is available to talk to. I 've emailed them several times and no response. I have a little one at home that ask everyday if this is coming. Horrible customer service if you ask me. If no response by tomorrow I'm contacting better business bureau. It's a shame that no follow ups are given to a customer when the credit card was already charged!

I've ordered a hover board (my 7 year old bought for her birthday) and yet have not received tracking on the item. My card was charged a week ago. I purchased a hoverboard 2 weeks before Christmas and was GURANTED that i would receive it by Christmas. No hoverboard no tracking number. I tried calling them, emailed them, Nothing. Have yet to return my emails. Please don't buy from GEAR TO GET ME! They took my money immediately and I haven't heard from them yet.

Ordered thanksgiving and still not here. One email reply offered upgrades for the inconvenience. Nothing shipped as of yet. Other emails went unanswered. No one answers phone. 3 days to Christmas and no gift for that kid.

Ridiculous. I ordered my son's hoverboard 18 days ago, and I already knew that I may not have received this gift until after Christmas. I have left 3 messages and 4 emails requesting an update on my order and have yet to receive ANY response. Slow shipping and response time is an understatement. If I don't receive a response in the next 48 hours I suppose I'll have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge since no one is available at this company but an automated message to cancel my order. Very unprofessional.

Don't purchase a hoverdoard they are all on hold for certification and recalls and they don't have this posted on their web site you will receive an email after the order and when you go to cancel the order you can't reach anyone at the 1-800# posted on their site. Then when you send an email to cancel like it says do when you call the 1-800# they will send you one saying they canceled it and a few days later charge your account again. In My case I have probably loss $280 of my hard earned money and a 30 fee at the bank and don't want to see this happen to anyone else.

The exact same thing happened to me as mentioned in the other reviews. I ordered a hover board as a Christmas gift for my son almost 2 weeks ago, sent three emails no reply. Fnally I do get a reply and they say "we assure you that your order has been shipped and on its way" they did give me a tracking number so I went to the UPS website looked up the tracking number. No it has not shipped! A label has been created but it has not been shipped! I am beyond frustrated and upset! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago they ran my credit card immediately but then never shipped order. I've emailed and called and can not get ahold of anyone.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Buy your hoverboards from legitimate businesses. Look at the Swagtron from Amazon or Target. Will NOT be risking money on any more questionable businesses.

NEVER..., EVER by anything from this site. THEY RUINED MY SON's Christmas! And I see they did it to many other kids. DESPICABLE

After ordering two hoverboards for my nephews from this website and receiving no updates after numerous calls and emails for over a MONTH, the customer service reprisentatives FINALLY got back to me. While they were friendly they were unhelpful. I got the same generic answer until one of my hover boards arrived ANOTHER MONTH later, but the other remains missing! After telling them that my second hover board still hasn't arrived and receiving more generic answers, I was elated to see that the customer service reprisentatives sent me a tracking code UNTIL I use it and discover that they sent me the tracking code to my last order that's already been delivered! After yet ANOTHER round of calls and emails the customer service reprisentatives are now unresponsive. So here I am almost three months after I placed my order with one hover board, almost $300 down the drain, and unsatisfied nephews! If there was a zero star I'd give them that! Save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY from this website!
