I bought 2 whiskey shelves which arrived and are nothing like the description utter garbage. The worst bit is they then took £16.34 out of my account for 9 months when I didn't authorise it! They told me I signed up for rewards which I didn't. I've tried emailing asking for my money back but now they are ignoring me. Awful company never ever use them

This site is straight-up fraudulent. I made the mistake of using a debit card to purchase a product from their site, which turned out to be a Chinese piece of junk, and then they started submitting charges against my card a month later. When I confronted them about the fraudulent activity, they tried to pretend like they paid for some kind of phony service with recurring charges, lol. I filed a report with the FBI, FTC, and BBB. Don't give these thieves your credit card.

I resent being forced to join this stupid site in order to get a refund from Temu for being ripped off.

I ordered a gift that was supposed to be delivered before the holidays. It arrived several weeks late. Come to find out, i was charged 2 times for a "membership" I did not authorize for $19.99 the past 2 months. I am in the process of trying to get a refund by disputing these bogus charges. Called company asking for date to expect order. Was informed partial order sent out 1/25/2024. Remainder of order just starting to be activated. Asked that order be sent over night. Answer: NO. Do not rely on this company to get order to your residence on time. Certainly spending $268.12 on a birthday present that has not arrived on time is not acceptable.

I bought a pop-up tent for $287.63 on March 11,2024. First Red Flag was I was not provided with a tracking number and when I contacted them, they said due to all the world-wide orders it hadn't been shipped yet. After this I researched the company on-line and found all the warnings. I knew I would keep being told it hadn't been shipped and never get a tracking number. So, I called Gear Elevation back to cancel my order and was offered a 25% refund which is totally unacceptable. After several phone calls to the company, I finally did get an email stating they were going to give me a 100% refund, but it has yet to be put back on my credit card. They even told me it could take longer than 3-5 business days because it depended on my credit card somehow putting the refund on my account. They said it could take a month. This is not true. I have contacted my credit card company about the issue, and I have also had to close my card so no additional charges can be put on it. I have also contacted the BBB about this. I refused to be a victim and I will not quit until I get my money back from this company. Give me my money back Gear Elevation!

Their retro decor items are a nostalgic throwback to simpler times. They add a unique charm to my home.
Upon review of my latest American Express bill I see Gear Elevation charged me $19.99. When I called them they said I signed up for their "Rewards" program when I bought an item from them 2 months ago. After reviewing the previous months statement I see they charged me for this service as well. Their representative said she cancelled my current service but could not credit me the $39.98 they had charged me even though I told them I don't remember signing up for this service and doubt I ever did. If I did it was hidden in some aspect of the original order but since they can't show me where I signed up for it nor would I trust them at this point all I can do is call American Express and have them look into it. In the meantime check your Statements for future charges from this outfit. Never again.

While the product ordered was as expected, I was hit with a $19.99 'subscription' fee. This was never authorized and I am disputing the charge with PayPal as well as 'Energy Commerce Elevation LLC'. Fraud, for certain. The 'commerce elevation' is theft, pure and simple.

Not only was I unsatisfied with the product I ordered but apparently I automatically signed up for some VIP membership that was NOT mentioned anywhere! I ordered what I thought was three witches as shown in the picture. It took weeks to receive and when I finally did receive it I was surprised to see it was only one witch. I emailed them and never received a response so I paid $35 for one! Since then I hasn't been charged $19.99 twice! I finally called and found out that when I ordered it signed me up for some BS membership. They refused to refund both so at the end of the day I paid $55 for one stupid witch! Awful company!
