Ik cancelled this order the last minute before shipping and Geekbuying did it's best to stop the shipment.
I'm very satisfied they were able to do so and i got my money back very soon after the cancelling.
Support is very helpfull and easy to contact.
Geekbuying is the place i'm going to order when i need something from a Chinese webshop!

I have ordered an expensive beamer l, never received it and there is no signature package. First of all they said that it would take a long time and after that they according to then they posted when I was not home. They send me that the post had been delivered. So don't trust and don't waste your money. I had to pay for something I didn't receive and had to wait months waste of time.

I bought a tablet with Geekbuying and I was very happy to get a very profesional service from this company, this company always answer your emails, always, something that is a great feeling for us, the people that spend money. I highly recommend this company also because their stock are in Europe and USA, having said that, you dont need to pay taxes as I did by buying a phone in AliExpress, the German DHL customs took from me more than 100 Euros of taxes, a real abuse of power. I was able to buy a fan at a good price. Unfortunately, the battery was defective. The support team reacted very quickly and offered to send me a new battery and replacement instructions. That way I didn't have to send anything back, easier and more sustainable - and geekbuying saves money too. Win - Win! It's nice when friendliness and flexibility come together! I bought BMAX B6 Plus on 14th August 2023. Now it's broken. Just absolutely poor quality.

I have to admit that when I've seen for the first time the ads about this website it seemed suspicious. I went all over the place to read about it before I made the first purchase. However, I was instead amazed by the speed of delivering the products, the easy to purchase and last, but least, the products I've got itself. Tracking the transportation was impeccable as well. I do recommend buying from Geekbuying.

По каким то причинам СМС был отправлен на номер *******373. Это был номер телефона честного человека, который сообщил, что ничего не заказывал. После многих звонков и пересылок по почтовым отделениям товар был доставлен по моему адресу.

The electric byke that I purchased fully corresponded to the one advertised. Too bad the front tyre was flat and the tube had to be replaced. Not a big deal, but nevertheless unpleasant. I was also somewhat dissatisfied with the delivery time which was significantly longer than expected and advertised. In addition I have not succeeded so far to obtain a decent customer invoice mentioning the Euro amount that I paid and the applicable VAT.
I am not sure whether I will buy from this website again.

Bought a E Scooter, was really happy as I got it in few days, but few weeks later the scooter stopped suddenly, I raised a ticket with the After-sale service, since today no solution was found to repair it or refund me, they asked me to send back from Ireland to Poland which will cost me 100€ and they don't pay for this, the worst after sale service I've even seen, and it's been 3 months no solution was found... so all is good with them if you have any problem you are screwed

I returned something to them that was faulty, they keep delaying the refund as they are "Waiting to hear from their warehouse". I provided proof that the item had been received (thank God I sent it by Recorded Delivery), they still won't give me my money. They now say I have to wait 7-14 business days for my refund to appear in my bank. That's strange, THEY HAVEN'T GOT MY BANK DETAILS! Work that one out. I would like to send a message to their Managing Director, anyone know his email address?

Ordered a pair of headphones. I have issues with the product. Tried contacting them via email... nothing, asking questions... nothing.

Even the damn rating system is made to fit only them. I placed an objective 1 star review 2 weeks ago. I described in detail what are the problems but I still have no answer and the review was not published. Of course adding another review is not possible because the systems won't allow it.

Keep away from these scammers. They allow only positive feedback on their products and no support is available in case of a problem.

Fiido L3. They previously said they would help me with my bike and gave me an address. But the man at the address does not know and does not repair the bike. It truly is the worst site in the world. They directed me there without contacting the repairman. I haven't been able to get my bike repaired for about a month. My warning to everyone, do not buy anything from this site!

Today is November 8th and they still haven't put the engine on the road. Enough about an incredible site. Give my money back. I want all my money. They couldn't fix a bike for 2 months

I still haven't received any results regarding my transactions. They respond to emails within 2-3 days. Don't buy anything from here. They could not verify the address for 1 month. Finally, I asked for a refund. And I'm still waiting for them to come back. I was doing Deliveroo in Dublin. But I haven't been able to work for 2 months because of this company. They have to cover my losses. Because they couldn't repair the bike for 2 months. And I wrote in my first email that I was working as Deliveroo. But they don't care. They absolutely don't care if your products break.

I am attaching the date I first sent an e-mail as a photo below. The date is September 27. That's incredible. The worst site I have ever seen in my life. Who will cover my 2-month loss? I haven't been able to use my bike for two months? Even though it is under warranty!
