Made error when placing order. Tried to contact them, no phone number on web site, sent 3 emails, they told me someone would contact me the next day. Received email 11am the following day saying sorry cannot change order. Was out 700.00! Use Stubhubb at least you can talk to someone if you have a problem!

I was excited to learn about Geek Seats as a source for tickets but when the charge came on my American Express there were $400 PER TICKET charges along with the $500 purchase price and a $148 per ticket handling fee. Absolute Scam!
