Just want to give my appreciation to this website after i purchased a product from them. 5 days ago i purchased dell u2413 monitor but before that i call them for some clarification and legitimacy of this product. They give the answer that i need to know well which convince me to complete my order as they sell the product much cheaper as compared to other websites. We all understand that it's not easy to trust something over the Internet. Especially if it is a store, for you do not personally see the products and actually try them out. So I'm writing this review in the hopes that I can give justice to how the service of Genuine Batteries went for me.

I stumbled upon the site when I was looking for a battery for my laptop. You know, there are days when it's too cold to go out and you just wanna snuggle inside the house, so I decided to go online and hunt online stores that sell what I needed. So I checked the product description first. It was concise but the things I needed to know were there, the benefits, et cetera. And of course, I checked the price next. To my surprise, it was much lower than the others' I had seen prior my visit to GB. So that was a super plus! Also, I read the reviews and they were nothing but positive feedbacks so that made me decide to see for myself.

I ordered the laptop battery I needed and two days after, it's at my doorstep! And so far so good. I'm having no problem with the battery I got. It's in good condition when I got it and until now it is not acting up!

I ordered the product code AA-PB9NC6W from genuinebatteries.com for a genuine Samsung 5200 mAh battery and paid a premium price. They shipped a AA-PB9NC6B 4400mAh Samsung battery which has less power and is lower cost. After a number of attempts via email, phone and a PayPal protest to get this corrected and no response at all from Genuine Batteries, I had to get a refund via PayPal.
The battery was returned to a company called Blazin' Technology. A thank you card enclosed when I first received the battery was from Battery-Juice.com with an invalid phone number. This company may keep changing names after getting too many negative reviews. Caution is advised when dealing with this vendor.

I purchased a very expensive Monitor from this company. They gave me a shipping estimate and gave me a total. I entered my credit card info and made the purchase. They called once to confirm payment and left a message. Then I got an email stating that in addition to the normal shipping amount they needed to add $60 before they can ship it out due to Fedex additional charges. I believe it is a hoax because on the site they now offer a free shipping option and a $59. Shipping option and I had selected the cheapest offer. I called back numerous times and they won't answer. I emailed numerous times- no answer. I contacted them through the online contact page. No answer. My product is not here and I have no answer from them as to what is going on.
The worst part is that in the shopping cart my order says. "Processed" and has said that for the weeks I have been waiting.
