I have a 12 year old Maytag double oven. The lower element quit working on the main oven. I did a search and found genuineparts.com not only had the lowest price ($10 to $30 cheaper than anyone else) but also guaranteed a new original Maytag part. When I started to check out there was one more notice to make sure I had the correct model and serial number for the part I was about to order. The item arrived sooner than expected and in good condition. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Messaged website through contact page with detailed question and recieved vague answer that left me still unsure it was the correct part for my fridge even though I put in model number, took quite of bit of research time. Part mounting was incorrect, I had to use old mount housing for heater tubes to make it fit. For the price of part there should be better description and more knowledgeable staff.
Horrible service! As a result of their inaccurate website description, I ordered the wrong part. While I was willing to accept some responsibility, GRP wasn't willing to accept any and absolutely refused to compromise or help in any way. Nevermind the fact that I now do not have an oven to cook Thanksgiving dinner!

Beware -- if you order the wrong part that costs less than $30, they absolutely will not provide a refund under any circumstances. They give you a song and dance about how shipping would be too expensive for you to pay to return it and they have a $5 restocking fee and blah blah blah, but in the end they really just want to keep your cash. The return policy was not clearly stated on the website either. Beware.
Ordered a t part. Confirmed by PO of what i ordered. It's what I wanted. Bozos sent the wrong part and won't pay for shipping even though it's their error. The morons even suggested the 'right' part which was for another make of fridge. Yikes! After searching online it seems to be a common issue with this outfit. I'm wondering that with such a horrendous record of sending wrong parts, and not paying for returns or even having "restocking charges" and the like over and over, I am beginning to believe this is their business model or they are run by buffoons. I'm thinking it's the former. Anyway, don't buy from them. You'll be sorry!

So they say you can return the part but it is ridiculously strict that they may as well not have one.
I bought a part, wrong part, sent it back, denied a refund. Why? I tore the tape off to open the package and damaged the packaging. By putting my own shipping label on the package they considered that damaging the package.
On top of that there is $10 restocking fee AND you need to pay for you own shipping to return it.
They nickel and dime you during the whole process and in the end likely won't accept the return.

I ordered a replacement freezer shelf for a side-by-side Whirlpool Refrigerator Model WRS571CIDM01 in November 2020. After a handful of weeks, I began communicating with customer service where they claimed they were unaware their supplier hadn't shipped the part and said they would expedite. After a few failed attempts to "expedite," in January 2021, they said they would switch the supplier for my order and have them ship direct. I then did receive a glass shelf relatively fast, but unfortunately, it was a much wider one for the refrigerator side, not the narrower one for the freezer.
After several GRP demands for multiple pictures and such, they now say I order the part I received. I threw up my hands in frustration and requested an RMA and refund. GRP has the worst website site ever; beyond their inability to track the successful fulfillment of an order, their website would be much better if their included shelf measurements in their descriptions to make it easier for the consumer to verify what they want is likely to match their generic diagrams.

I ordered an oven rack online. The next day I get an email asking me for personal information to "verify" my address and card #. The email asked me to send that information to a different email domain. Which I of course refused to do for obvious reasons. So I called them on the phone and asked what it was about and they asked me for my personal information again, information that was correctly printed on my receipt taken from their web order form. Not wanting to give my info out like that I then asked them to recite back to me the information they had on the order which she refused to do. When I started to object she cancelled the order, or at least claimed to cancel it. I will be watching my credit card statement very carefully and would suggest to others to avoid this company.

Product was in acceptable condition, however you pay a premium to purchase from this company, which does not make sense when they fail to meet their stated delivery conditions. They also refused to refund shipping costs, which would have been a nice gesture since their shipping delivery time frame is the only reason one would pay their higher then average cost for product.
Do not do business with this company. I was sold refurbished parts at new prices and parts never came. They refuse to rectify this. Shady company you have been warned.

I ordered GE JTP30SM2SS as it is showing in my invoice, and they sent me the wrong item (191D6216P003) which is about 10" shorter. I've emailed them at least 10 times but they chose not to listen and not to do the customer service.
I went on their site and input my refrigerator model number and was sent directly to a compatible ice tray picture, I clicked order, on site it stated that latch assembly was included however I didn't receive it,That started a big issue once I contacted them. Anyway they used the excuse that I ordered the wrong part by number which is not true cause you cannot order by part number on their site you order by picture and description after you order the order probably shows as a part in their warehouse since most parts are compatible with different models. Any way they refused to send the latch assembly cause they sell it separately even after I sent them the screenshot of what I ordered. They even went through the whole process of changing the website but not before I got my screenshots. They removed the statement saying that the manufacturer redesigned the item which includes the latch so that they can sell it separately. Soon on their site I promise you that they will change the site to say that the latch is needed and must be purchased separately.

Well, the saga continues with the wrong part ordered (it populated my phone screen and the picture was so small I couldn't see it was for 1 oven not a double). They promised to pay for return shipping, then refused. They then just kept repeating themselves over and over and over and over ad nauseam. They just talked over anything I said. So, I printed out their label and paid $37 to ship their &$@)0! Back. They received it 34 days ago and have refused to respond to my emails about my refund or put my money back. GRP Genuine Replacement Parts is a complete rip off. I have the confirmed delivery back to them 34 days ago, and they still wont give me my money back! DON'T TRUST THEIR SITE!

I will never purchase from this company again. They take your money up front, but it can take up to 20 days total to get a partial refund for items returned AND they make every effort to avoid giving a refund at all.

I needed to return an unused part, because I decided to hire a contractor instead.

Ordered a part & before it arrived determined the small appliance was unfixable.
Contacted their customer service once the part arrived & was told that due to the price that an individual would order they do not refund smaller price items. Their reasoning: they charge you so much for restocking, don't refund shipping costs & add shipping to refunding, along with other add ons that the individual would barely receive any refund at all. Therefore they don't bother & count on that as your discouragement. What they are really after is big bucks from business orders--not anyone trying to fix something themself. Would give less than 1 star but can't give a lower rating!

Once you get your order and mark it as shipped in their system, it is no longer their problem. Their claimed delivery dates are a joke. Delivery dates come and go a week or more and it is not their problem.
Don't try their phone number, no one will answer. Their "chat" is just down. Email is their only answer and that is at their leasure.
There are more reliable companies that can deliver in 1 or 2 days.
Not only they sent me wrong parts, but customer services sucks. They not even willing to admit the mistake or even pay for shipping label...
After they sent the wrong part, now they want to ask a lot of questions, a little late now. Very, very, difficult to get an exchange or harder a refund, pack extra patients here. Would not recommend.
They will not process returns even when website is incorrect. Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere for your parts.

Finding the part was easy from their site. It was delivered in three days. I installed it on my dishwasher and now my wife is happy. What is not to like? I will definitely use them again.

I ordered a part from Genuine Replacement Parts and only several days later received an email that the shipping will be almost that of the item (around $300). They should have been upfront that the shipping will be 40 times (yes, forty) that of the originally quoted shipping cost. GRP was not willing to do anything to remedy the situation (not even meet me half way on the shipping cost), but refund the cost of the item and quoted 5-10 business days on the refund. You were quick to take my money, but are taking up to 10 business days to refund me. I would never order anything from this distributor and will advise anyone I know to no do so either.
Ordered a part, did not ship when promised. Tried to cancel part, only to be given the run around for a month. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
