Looked up my model number, this company popped up. Glad I looked. Best price and wow on the communication! Easy to navigate, even for this ole lady. Part sent was perfect, the site tells you what it fits, which confirmed me buying a water pump for my GE Cafe dishwasher from this site!

GRP's website required my LG washing machine model number to order a new stator. Their part picture did not have the option of selecting a part number. After the wrong part arrived with a part number on it, they denied being at fault insisting that what I ordered was the correct part. They told me to call LG and verify the part and ask if their part was compatible. I did and it's not. GRP customer service said I was wrong and the part they sent was the right one and was compatible. It was physically different than the original part. I asked for a return authorization, which they gave me, but refused to cover the return shipping cost. After they received the returned part, it took three weeks for them to inspect it and approve the refund. It then took 5 business days to appear in my account. GRP's online order site is incorrect and their customer service is terrible. I dealt with several different people over several phone calls and they all refused to admit they were wrong and accept responsibility. Do not deal with this company, because they will not back you up if they're at fault.

Replacement part came in as promised. Sadly, it did not solve the issue on Customers combination Gas /Electric broiler not working problem. Customer refused to pay for part, since it did not solve issue, so now I'm sitting on a $400 part, that I will never use. Oh well, Live & Learn.

I received my part quickly and it took about 15 minutes to install. Just saved us from purchasing a new refrigerator and cost about $35. When I ordered the part I was actually asked to make sure I checked the model number to be sure it was the right part (I appreciated that). I will use and absolutely recommend GenuineReplacementParts.com. For the record, the prices were also cheaper than other sites.

Ordered frame over meat drawer and meat drawer and got crisper drawer which did not fit. When attempting to return it would cost more than the part cost to purchase which was $80. Decided not to return for added cost so still have no meat drawer and will look elsewhere for it.

I have shopped online many times for OEM (doesn't matter the piece of equipment); this experience was so simple and fast my Wife could have done it!

I have asked for a return authorization number and never heard back. I explained that the main logic board was received defective and the inverter board did not fix the problem. I asked for a return of my money so that I can replace the defective unit.
