When I left my job I was offered Cobra, I'm so glad I didn't take it. I spoke with Christopher who was very knowledgeable and took the time to teach me about HOW cobra works vs other private plans. He reviewed my available options and used his expertise to recommend a plan. I've had that plan now for about 6 months and I am very pleased with it! Thanks again GetMeHealthcare!
Nobody should ever tell a potential client they need to find a better paying job. I don't think my corporation would like that. Just bc one don't make what others do you should never criticize them bc of it. I'm disabled and instead of being in the system like the rest I choice to get a job I could do. Sorry it's not to your satisfaction. I'm not on this earth to satisfy you I'm here for my son. The one I provide for. How dare you come at me. Trust I'm going to Facebook with this too. Never use these ppl the pick on ppl with disabilities

Today I spoke with a McKenna, a customer Representative for Get me healthcare. Right from the start, I was impressed by her voice. She was chipper, friendly, well spoken, patient, and kind. Most call center reps whom I have have spoken to sound like they can't wait to ask me some questions and move on to their next call. I honestly assumed all call center reps hated their jobs by the way they rush through the phone call. Not McKenna. She made me feel as though she would be truly happy to remain on our call if I didn't understand something or if I had any questions. Of course that would have been impossible, because McKenna explained everything to me perfectly and even took time to ask about my Thanksgiving holiday! At last, upon her final question to me, when McKenna politely asked me if I had any questions for her today, I did not. However, I must admit, I did hurry to think of just one more quick one because I did not want the call to end. McKenna, you brightened my day. God bless you dear! Thank you.

So I was looking online today for health insurance as my other policy is about to expire, this company GETMEHEALTHINSURANCE.ORG called me within a millisecond of clicking a button (the phone # that called me was *******107)...after about 5 questions he gave me a quote of $500+ /per month...when I laughed he said to me "Yeah lady, go $#*! yourself"
Now that professionalism at it's finest (sarcasm implied here)
Seriously...what is wrong with people today?!

Jonathan Caro helped me find the correct plan at the best rate for both a Medicare supplement and a part D plan. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No double talk or rushing through details. Was honest, upfront and and took all the time I needed. This coming from someone who spent 25 years in the insurance industry, you have a great employee.
My wife and I were looking for options as our current insurance coverage through a Health Sharing was not going as well as we had hoped. Christopher H. Davis was so delightful and knowledgeable to work with! If every person in the insurance world was like him it would be a much better place! At no time through the process did we feel pressured. He was incredibly informed and sincerely cared about us and what was best for our family. We actually signed up with a plan with him and then a few days later we decided to go a different direction because of coverage through my work. Christopher was understanding and supportive even as I was telling him that we needed to cancel the plan he had worked so diligently to build for us. He did not try to talk us out of anything but asked great questions and really really cared about what was best for my family and I! I mean this guy is a great example of a what a true customer service professional should be! I would highly recommend that anyone who has questions or concerns or looking for the very best help in finding and selecting health care to reach out to Christopher! Actually interested in contacting a lawyer to know if its possible to sue these people for false advertising on a job posting. Its never a good sign when u interview with a company, and upon first introduction, they start lying from the beginning. Their cust serv job posting listed the min salary starting at $40k. During the interview they tell me its $15/HR. Then one man comes and talks to me about selling. I did not apply for a sales position. If they are lying to potential employees then I would not trust to purchase anything through them. Had me sit and write my whole resume down on paper when they already had my resume on file. Just a complete waste of time. Utter bs.
Finally health insurance agents are actually respectful and nice to you and treat you like family. It made my day thank you
I've spent hours looking for the right health insurance for my wife and I, and soon as we got in contact with Antonio, the search was finally over. Antonio was extremely helpful and provided me all the information I needed to narrow down which health insurance was best for us. Speaking to him was hassle-free and much better than trying to figure it out alone online- only wish I went with this route earlier. Thank you very much!
I accidentally typed in Healthcare.gov in Google. I should have went directly to the site. I click the number that was presented on the page. The agent sounded legit and professional. My intuition kicked in. He mentioned I'd have to pay $100 fee then premium. He insisted he's sister company to bluecross. Didn't make any sense. Midway through I decided to cancel the application. Isn't the customer right? They transferred me to higher up. The guy started being sarcastic and yelling at me asking me what I heard or why would I cancel. So unprofessional. I closed my credit card and froze all of my credit reports. Just be careful. I called official Healthcare and an agent even said it sounds suspicious. I still have my doubts. Please be careful. That's all.

I experience the best customer service ever today by Jonathan Deatherage. He had to make several calls to other organization to help me get the answers I needed. He had just as much difficulty I had on my own but he basically held my hand over the phone until every call was made and that I received the information I needed from the other organization. Excellent WORK Jon!
I have to say that a couple of times I've dealt with Mr Diaz on issues that I had to have some help on. And I must say that he was very patient and helpful. On top of being very polite. I would highly recommend this company for help in getting medical insurance for sure.

I really appreciated the representative Anita. She spent 45 minutes helping me pick a policy that was going to best suit me. She also took the time out to call me back to confirm everything we had discussed previously. Anita went out of her way to give me her direct line to call if any questions. The following week I used her direct number again because I was confused about my payment. She then without hesitation helped walk me through it. I hope she knows what a great experience she made this process.
I was having a really difficult time deciding what to do about my health coverage. I spoke with Ward, and I must say... That one conversation made the rest of my day better. I felt like I was talking to a friend. It's all about customer service, and he deserves a gold star. Thank you, Ward!
I was told I got "Obamacare" and that was BS. What I got was meager "supplemental" insurance which is garbage. No way to get to anybody in customer service - once they have you, you're screwed. DON'T make the same mistake I did - run, run, run away from these guys. Go to the Federal website and get real insurance. If you're still within the grace period where you can cancel, you will NEVER get to a live person - actually, I did get to one person who was rude as hell and treated me like crap, so I called back. Since then, nobody will pick up the phone. Garbage.
**Update - when I called the customer service number listed on my membership card instead of the "agency's" number, I received assistance, and the representative was honest and clarified that this was not comprehensive insurance. She cancelled my policy and will be issuing a refund. This plan might be OK as supplemental, and perhaps they also offer comprehensive plans - but since I should be reviewing the insurance company rather than the agency, I will upgrade my review a bit to be fair.
I called to get insurance for my spouse for one month until his Medicare kicked in and I spoke to Daniel and he let us know that we didn't have to purchase health insurance for one month and that we had 60 days to accept or decline cobra and we could sign up when and if we needed it. He saved us a ton of headache and money! Thanks Daniel!
They try to explain benefits that they dont even understand and pressure you to commit to their "LIVE QUOTE". This is pressure selling and dont fall for it. They also tell you that your other options are extremely expensive to try and get you to "bite" into their private insurance policies. Don't fall for it!

You should never purchase anything online if they tell you the price is only good for now as a "live quote". That is pressure selling- not even sure if it is legal or not, but dont fall for it. Go directly to the insurance company themselves.

I am currently evaluating different health insurance options and I recently spent 45 minutes with Shane Brodil over the telephone at this company asking questions. Shane was very helpful and gave me some great tips on the various health nsurance plans on the market today. He clarified some things that I was trying to figure out (best plan for me and my wife). I would recommend Shane as a great source of health insurance information.
