Have no issues with this company. My partner ordered me a name necklace for my birthday last year. My mum loved it so much I ordered her one for Christmas just gone. Quality is great and love the presentation. Delivery times did take a bit to come but we did order well in advance knowing these was coming from overseas. Very happy. Would definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks

You can't trust them at all and make sure not to deal with them as they are not honest and not trust worthy. I ordered on 10th of December a gift for a very special event bday before New year, they just told me now after 16 days that it is out of stock and that's after me chasing them since the tracking system they have its not working. You cannot trust them and even they should be closed as they are useless and not professional at all.

I am starting to wonder if this is not a scam site. I ordered a photograph bracelet for my Daughter, that she was really looking forward to asnit would be a memorial piece, with plants of time for it to arrive before Christmas
I have queried time and time again via email as to where the parcel is, and to date 4 January 2024 have still not received it. I keep getting the dame answer when querying to check with the tracking link, which is by no means helpful. I never get an honest answer but what rather seems to be an automated one.
I would not recommend this site to anyone as no-one can actually assist you or tell you where your parcel is

I ordered this for three of my friends which have lost parents or siblings and this was supposed to be a Christmas gift you can't speak to someone personally and my Order has never changed from in production. This sight is a complete scam! You should be ASHAMED OF YOUR SELVES!

The necklace I ordered for my wife for Christmas was to have the names of our 4 grandchildren. I was so disappointed in the product when received, I almost didn't give it to her. Did you know that one can see the statue of Abraham Lincoln sitting in the Lincoln memorial on the U.S. penny. The lettering size on the necklace I purchased was about that size.

I ordered a baseball pendent number 3 with an engraved name on it. The number is much smaller then I expected. Delivery was awful as I was hoping to have it before Valentines Day and received it on Feb 27th. Tried contacting customer service through email 3 times, Facebook messenger and Instagram and no-one got back to me. The quality is ok. Looks better online

Do not buy from this company.
I placed my order and payed for it on the 28th of November 2023. On the website it showed it will be here before Christmas and it was a gift
As Christmas came near i enquired was told to give it a week or to and there after each email from them is give it a couple of days.
Last week Friday I told them I want my money back and everyday there after with no reply from them.
I went on their facook page warned others and moments later i was blocked could not find their page from my fb so we logged into another account and found them easily. My commemts was gone cause U am blocked on their page and no more option on their page to write commemts. Also on their page it shows 28 comments but when you fo into the comments there are only 3 or 4 must be people that were also blocked due to comments.
On their Instagram is alot of people complaining that they did not receive their goods and on hello peter, facebook and many more sites.
Do not order from them it's a scam

My sister died this year. This is the first Christmas her four children are spending without her. I ordered bracelets for her children, the photos are blurry and Half the picture is cut out of one of them.
I have been trying for two weeks to contact this company. They tell you to get a hold of *******@getnamenecklace.com. All they do is proceed to run you around. They send you instructions and ask for pictures. When you follow their instructions, they ask you to follow them again.
They are a complete scam! I paid over $150 for a Necklace and three bracelets. Poor quality, and I never got what I paid for!

They promised my necklaces by Christmas and told me for two weeks it was waiting on inspection instead of sending it. Needless to say it did not come in time and I ordered it on the 8th. After multiple correspondences with this scam of a website, I received confirmation on the 8th. March to expect delivery within two weeks - AS of today, April 1st, nothing is received.
I'm proceeding to file a complaint in 10 days, please be in contact if you also want to and I will be more than happy to help you file one as well.

I have placed the order for a key chain, on 27 December, 2022. They have claimed the delivery in 14 to 18 days. But even after one month there is no sign of delivery and all the time, their tracking shows it is in transit. Such an unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional vendor, I have never seen. I ordered 4 to begin with. I received 3 so far 1 has yet to come. The weird thing is they sent two nameplates of the same name twice...
Horrible company. My husband ordered me a necklace that was supposed to look like our dog. The pendant is so faded with no detail it looks nothing like her. He spent 3 weeks trying to get someone from the company to return his email or phone call. Once he finally heard from them they said he would have to pay for shipping and a 30% restocking fee. He spent $60 on something that looks like it should be costume jewelry for a 6 year old. Completely not worth the price or Hassel of trying to deal with their so called customer service.
