I made a purchase from them in the past with absolutely no problem. However, I went to make another purchase and because the transaction went smooth I assumed they were legit. The second purchase I made was for a beautiful wig in which I purchased for a wedding that I was in. The wig never came and I then received a refund back to my card. I tried calling the company to inquire about the refund, no answer, emailed them, no respond left several messages no return call. I ended up purchasing at the last minute from a local person, however, until this day I do not know why I received a refund and no one returned my call. I considered this very unprofessional as I am a hair stylist and planned to purchase a large quantity of wigs, however due to their un-professionalism I will purchase else where.
