Like everyone else...$6.95 for the "trial", a receipt with a wrong number on it... no way to go back to the 'terms and conditions" to double check what it said. Funny, when I was charged the $99, my cc company stopped payment on my NEXT purchase attempt... at a store where I often shop... I am now wondering if that was their way of alerting me... because in addition to the charge they were supposedly questioning, they mentioned the $99 to "Better Health" (which seemed unfamiliar to me... and indeed was this scam)... hmmmm if they hadn't called me then, I could have paid $99/month for many months... I am starting to like my cc company more... After three calls to them, indeed they could not reverse the charges (which were technically legal, and listed in the fine print), but they did say they wish there was something they could do... maybe they found a way...

The products are questionable and the information about the cost is not clear. They may charge more than the advertised cost. You have to read carefully the terms and conditions to see the actual cost they charge. Proceed with caution.
I unknowingly did not read the supposed smallprint? I recieved the acia berry within 3 days thinking i was only paying $5.14 to which i had an emailed invoice for with no mention of the additional charges? I have checked my bank statement and they have charged me in excess of £141 extra I live in england so have found it difficult to pursue the complaint i strongly oppose to them taking money from my account, for charges not stated. I have not recieved the colon product which they said they had sent out so surely they have broken their terms and conditions? Please be warned do not sign up for this product. This companty must be making vast profits. If anyone has any great advise how to take this further please help
Doesn't get any worse than this totally scamming site!
I have been fighting with them and my bank for months over fraudulent charges.
