Really terrible! Really terrible! Trying to order a unit with all the fittings for our installation since September 2021- keep hitting brick walls - company won't give out specs or information. It's Terrible! It's they who have lost out - our other assets would have been ordering the same units. We're now going elsewhere to a company that actually want to trade and make money!

Nog nooit eerder zo enorm 'onbeschoft' behandeld omtrent de aankoop / storing van een gloednieuwe professionele ijsklontjesmachine.
Al van meet af aan verspilde de 'luchtgekoelde' ijsklontjesmachine overmatig kraanwater (+/- 5 liter overstroom-water per uur) omdat waarschijnlijk de vlotter niet goed functioneert en ook alleen maar waterige ijsklontjes produceert.
Uiteraard 'Meteen' contact opgenomen met de *klantenservice in Duitsland (*verder kom je ook niet!) en vervolgens eindeloos lang wachten op een schriftelijk antwoord van de technische dienst.
Daarna 5 telefoontjes, tig e-mailtjes en tientallen Whatsapp'jes verder een kort nutteloos antwoord of we video's wilden maken van de storing.
Dus, ten lange letste, dan maar 'een half uur' gefilmd hoe er meer water wegliep door de afvoerslang dan dat er ijsklontjes geproduceerd werd!
Vervolgens weer opnieuw wekenlang legio telefoontjes (met de klantenservice-mevrouw), div. E-mailtjes en tig Whatapp'jes verder een kort 'wazig' berichtje met een *PDF'je over het aandraaien van een schroef en dat 'watergekoelde' machine meer water gebruiken (*ik heb de luchtgekoelde versie gekocht?) En, o ja! Wel eerst even zelf de deksel van de nagelnieuwe machine af schroeven!?
Om een lang verhaal kort te maken... na 3 weken 'plus' dan toch maar geweigerd zelf te sleutelen en een nieuwe machine geëist of de machine retour en geld terug.
Antwoord: de machine is uit de verpakking geweest, dus gebruikt (*alleen om te proberen om er ijsklontjes uit te krijgen en om de video te maken in opdracht van GGM Gastro zelf) en de aankoop was intussen langer dan 14 dagen geleden.
Kortom: 0,0 op recest, niks retour of omruilen tegen een storingvrije machine, nada en dus ongewenst opgescheept met een nutteloze, niet goed werkende gloednieuwe ijsklontjesmachine.
Wat een W. A. A. R. D. E. L. O. O. S. bedrijf is dit geworden in het afgelopen jaar.
Nog 4 andere professionele keukenmachines van GGM Gastro Duitsland (Ochtrup) in mijn bedrijf staan, maar na zo te zijn behandeld zien ze mij daar 'never nooit' meer terug. Wat een clubje enorme Oplichters!
You area terrible, fraudulent & unprofessional business and we advise STRONGLY anyone from avoiding you.
You delivered a DEFECTIVE cooling table to us, hardly responded to our emails and calls, and weren't getting us repair service (because no firm wants to work with you), and we still HAVEN'T refunded us. Calling you is a terrible experience, you wait hours in waiting lines, then you get rude and incompetent french speaking customer service although you just selected the German service, they act surprised and redirect you to the german customer service, where you wait again and get other incompetent customer service who tell you to send an email. After just wasting an hour on this, you send an email and don't get an reply.
Months after ordering they told us that they don't have any technicians and that we find one on our own. However, every firm we contacted refused to work with them!
We still need to receive our refund and wasted days on your incompetence!
I am warning you to refund us within 7 days for our order ******* with Case Number: ******* or we will take legal and public action!

Venderam me um frigorífico que chegou partido e paguei 1552.00 euros. Recusam trocá-lo mesmos depois de provar que a responsabilidade é deles. Oferecem 200 euros e que o mandasse arranjar. Receberam o preço de novo, só tinham era que trocar acidentes acontecem. Mas não, a isto chama se vigarice, fraude, outro frigorífico de congelação chegou avariado gastei 259.00euros a reparar um artigo que paguei novo 1669.00. Mais uma vez vigaristas. Agora tenho um prejuízo de cerca de 1800.00 euros e um frigorífico para fazer uma capoeira. Talvez lhe consiga vender ovos partidos num futuro próximo. VIGARICE. FUJAM É RÁPIDO.

Ik begrijp niet dat een bedrijf zo te werk mag gaan. Dit is een van de slechtste bedrijven die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. 19 mei een fout artikel ontvangen en tot op heden (29 juni) het nog steeds niet gecrediteerd.

I spent £2453. 70 with GGM Gastro, delivery was great. Quality was ok, but the after-sales service is appalling, almost beyond words. The delivery driver, following COVID directions did not get me to sign off the goods and quickly left. Immediately I checked the items and found that one had been badly damaged in transit. Straight away I sent GGM Gastro detailed information & photographs. I did not get any response. I then sent three more emails, but received no response whatsoever. Each email included photographs. I then send a detailed letter (PDF) via email to their 'complaints dept'. I did not get a response, not even an acknowledgement. I now have a £505 kitchen sink unit that is no use and a £511 kitchen unit with a door that does not fit!. The link on their website to 'transportation damage' takes you back to the same page! There is no transportation damage advice or information. They reply quickly to enquiries when seeking to purchase, then completely ignore, or even reject you when things go wrong. A part or broken kitchen is of no use to me - all the units need to be working. I would sincerely advise companies and anyone considering buying from GGM Gastro to look elsewhere - delivery from Germany has a high probability of some transportation damage, and GGM Gastro seem to have a GUARANTEE of NO AFTER-SERVICE whatsoever. Do not buy from them, you have been warned. I am contacting my credit card company and will be seeking a full refund for the damaged item. Lets hope they provide a genuine customer service. Germany was once the hallmark of service and quality - it seems GGM Gastro is using its national reputation to sell average good with a service that does not even deserve one star. Be warned.
Hi the product came 4 weeks later than expected and did not work after installation. We sent it back and still did not get the money back... we are waiting almost 3 month!
