Made purchase and got notified item would be delivered following day. 11 days on it still hasn't been delivered and GHD customer service aren't interested. They will need to wait for item to be returned by courier (they have no idea how long that'll take!) then I have to wait up to 10 days for refund to be processed. So basically by that point they will have had my £379 for a month… absolute joke of a company!

The Quality of ghd has gone down poorly I would not recommend it I am inconvenienced all the time after a fourth replaced ghd it does the same switches off and now I'm without any flat iron until Tuesday!

As a salon professional I need quality products that last... I go through blow dryers and flat irons like crazy if they aren't of good quality! Ghd offers quality professional salon products at great prices and amazing customer service! I've had my ghd iron now for over 10 years and haven't had to replace it yet! I recommend this brand to everyone and stand by it!

Purchased a set of ghd straighteners last year after my old trusty set which i had owned for ten years finally gave out! The new set looked much cheaper quality, but worked well so i assumed the new set would give me the same service! Suffice to say after just a year, they no longer work; as they are given a ten year warranty i got a return label from ghd and duly posted back for a repair. To my utter disgust ghd are refusing to repair or replace on the grounds the wire is twisted-the wire was twisted when these were new, they have been manufactured this way! Im so disappointed with ghd, their customer service has become a complete let down. They refuse to repair them as per their warranty, and to add insult to injury they will not even post me back the original set! I am unable to buy a new set with christmas coming, and i paid a lot of money for a set of straighteners that should have lasted. More to the point ghd are refusing to honour their 10 year warranty. I shall be taking this up with trading standards, and advising anyone thinking of buying a set to go for the dyson instead! Their customer service is shocking to boot. Very rude and completely dismissive. I am being blamed for a fault created by the poor quality wiring as supplied with my straighteners!

Having believed i was ordering from a legitimate oranisation, my personal expierance to date has an should cause alarm bells for anyone contemplating using this site.
Having failed to recieved my order, i was subjected to a series of lies and misinformation by their staff.
Having failed to get delivery of my order, GHD maintains that the order was in fact delivered! Their stories and lies thereafter have lead to nothing more then additional false promises and non delivery of my order.
Furthermore, there are no managers available! And false promises of call backs are a poor substitute for even remote similarities to customer service...
Paid money... got nothing but lies...
So please use GHD with caution...
