I bought a IV styler rotating iron from there in August. It said It would take 7 days guaranteed and I did not recieve it for atleast 3 weeks. Then I get it and its the black/pink one, rather than the gray one pictured. I said oh well color shouldn't matter... until I used it. It only goes to 230 degrees when it says it should go to 450 degrees. The instructions with it say Im supposed to press buttons on my tool that are not on this black/pink one. But actually on the gray one. I tried emailing which on there site it says they will get back to you in 24 hours "GUARANTEED". It is not October and not one time has anyone contacted me. Obviously they guarantee alot and yet you get nothing in return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
