I ordered from here in December and while the quality of the item was great and long lasting, the delivery was appalling. It took almost 10 days to arrive to me. I recently ordered again as they had an item I really wanted, with the pandemic I expected delays but the item came in 3 days. Much better experience so I'll be happy to shop again.
I ordered a tartan blazer from ghost vogue after seeing the mixed reviews I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and see for myself, not really surprised but my blazer never came, such a shame as it seems a lot of people would order from this company hard to understand why they can't be legitimate rather than scammers! No reply to emails, Instagram has comments turned off (surprise surprise) thanks for nothing, what goes around comes around :)) ) people work hard for their money! Disgusting.

I order by express shipping 11th Feb on 15th Feb had an email to say it had been shipped, no parcel has come to my house I've emailed on three separate occasions and not once have the company replied I'm out of pocket by £34 I've requested a refund and still no response, absolutely shocking service do not buy from Ghost Vogue should have realised something wasn't right when there no contact phone number just an email and no full postal address. Fuming isn't the word!
I purchased an item on ghost vogue it took 3 weeks to be delivered. On arrival the item didn't fit so I followed their return process. However as soon as the item was sent they stopped any contact with me. It seems that my case isn't the first and probably won't be the last. With this kind of awful service so I would encourage anyone not to use this company.
Much like everyone else on here, I've ordered an item that just hasn't been delivered? Royal Mail said they delivered it on the 8th of December (lie, we have CCTV) and its now the 12th of December and its radio silence from this company.
£40 down the drain, save your money. Let's hope the owner of this company gets arrested for fraud one day. Lowest of the low.
I never leave reviews for brands as it is expected that the service provided is good. But I wanted to leave this review as I was blown away with the service. I was very anxious when ordering as saw that delivery's can be delayed and I needed the outfit for a special event. Lana was so helpful and made sure i received my dress on time. She kept me updated through the whole process, with direct forwArded emails with their courier. Her responses were so quick and so helpful. So thank you.
I bought a dress in March and it has still not arrived. I have emailed several times and received one response telling me there was a processing problem but have not heard anything recently. There are far more superior online platforms to buy clothes so don't waste your time! I am suspicious of how genuine the recent good reviews are as there seems to be a theme of items not arriving. I wish I had checked reviews before purchasing!
Good service. Amazing quality. I don't usually write reviews but I have been let down by a few companies during this pandemic which is understandable but the service of Ghostvogue has been outstanding. I'm truly glad and will be shopping here again
I would like to say that I am very disappointed and upset I made a order on the 18th November 2020. Seen as ghostvogue advertised on Instagram. I really loved a dress that a celebrity was wearing so I said I would buy it paying 38£. I emailed ghostvogue to ask where my order was as a week pasted. I did in fact receive a email back from Katie perkin to say that they apologised for the delay and that it was being shipped the 24th November. Today is the 11th December and still no sign of my parcel. Katie perkin did in fact give me a tracking number. But when I went to track it it was coming up as delivered in the UK. But I'm from Ireland. I emailed again to say the tracking number was wrong but still no reply after several emails was sent. I believe that there could be a delay in my order. But I have been waiting a long time now. However I didn't get any communication with ghost vogue. I am however very upset about this matter as I trusted this company. But didn't receive my order.
I've shopped with them plenty of times and while the service was ok and satisfactory, since having a new store owner they have immensely improved. From their store response to their quality of clothing. Much better
I shopped with this brand maybe a year ago and had an OK experience, it was hard to get tracking info and an update on my order but once arrived was completely happy with it. But I placed an order again a few weeks ago, hoping the experience would be a little easier than last time and it sure was. As they've grown, so has their service and professionalism, I live in the States and ordering from the U. K. can be stressful for shipping but I'm really happy with how Ghostvogue have got better and better.

They sent me details of how to return which I did and then heard nothing since. 6 weeks now since I returned the dresses and numerous emails and messages from me later I've heard nothing from them and no refund. Currently stalking their Instagram posts! They're nothing but common theives!

I read all the reviews thinking that it wouldn't happen to me an it did. My order has never showed, I messaged them via email and instagram, they have since blocked me on instagram!
I'm £40 down and furious. They just ignore your emails and any attempt to find out where your order is.

I saw the owner mention that many people were writing fake negative reviews online which is super sad. So i shopped here myself and I can honestly say it was one of the best shopping experiences. Not only was the shipping fast but the quality of the items were unmatched and for the price they sell their items, you can't go wrong. Thanks GV.
An amazing business. Very pleased with the material of the clothing and the pricking is just great. It's affordabke and the clothing is totally worth the price. Definitely recommend it to all the girls out their x if you want to feel confident and comfortable and sexy ghostvogue is definitely the right choice for you so so pleased

I ordered a dress and paid and was told it was out of stock so they agreed to a refund. It's now 6 weeks on, I've sent numerous emails, commented on their Instagram and nothing. They were very quick to respond when I was buying something but the minute I need a refund they are mute! 6 weeks in and I'm fuming. Do not buy from this company it's a complete scam.
Been waiting for a refund for YEARS. I have literally emailed back and forth for years trying to get my refund, have been promised its being processed more times than i can even count and funnily enough it never happens. They have been given screen shots of everything, order number, payment ref, email chains, postage receipt & confirmation everything! They have confirmed receipt of these too and confirmed refund... nothing. I then got an email of the supposed new CEO Katie Perkins, herself apologising for the old management and that she would sort it asap... came across really helpful and like she actually cared, same thing happened all over again, as soon as we got to the point of refund, ignore all emails, all messages, all social media, everything. And back to square one. Honestly i dont understand how they are in business or how they think this is appropriate trading.
I ordered an item from GhostVogue and it still hasn't arrived. They are not responding to any of my emails or my comments on their Instagram posts. Really disappointed they they are getting away with this kind of treatment.
I spent £30 on a jacket that I saw billie faiers wearing on her instagram. They took my money straight away and I never received anything just before Christmas aswell! I don't know what to do to get my money back as they don't reply to emails or insta messages or comments! Please AVOID! I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else!

No item ever received and unresponsive to all emails. A scam/fraud is an understatement. Order unless you want to be robbed.
I ordered a piece of clothing from this website at the beginning of November. When my order had not arrrived after the time frame given I contacted the company asking for an explanation. I received a reply within 3 days telling me that it was a result of the Black Friday sale and there would be a delay in receiving my item. After another week I contacted the company again but did not receive a reply. This problem has been continuing since November and I have still not received my order or had my money back. Do not shop from this site, it is unreliable!
I honestly think some of these bad reviews aren't genuine because I've shopped with this brand for 3 years and can't fault it. There have been a few times that I've had to wait a little longer than other times for my delivery but one thing I will say the quality is IMMACULATE for the price and you can't beat it. The same quality as HOUSEOFCB but for less. Be careful with some people being tipped off to write bad reviews by other brands because I couldn't believe the negative reviews
