I've tried buying the same tow products from this store twice. £52.66. Twice. I contacted customer support about it but got no reply, even though they refunded my payment in 3 days but I'm not sure if that's my bank or not. Just feel like it's pretty bad service for this to happen twice. Without any contact with customer service after I've asked about what's going on. And then an email (the photo) about my basket being full only to take my money again... kind of scam-y in my opinion.
